One of our favourite places to eat , ebi katsu, chicken katsu, chicken and prawn soba one of the tops , friendly staff and even if we ever had an issue it's been always resolved efficiently and effectively . Always clean and fresh ingredients it's been almost 2 years now and they are consistent and the quality is still great when you order it for delivery as well.

Everything was going well till it came to paying the bill! I was offered an online payment option via a QR code that was promoted at the beginning by our server. When scanning the logo I needed to provide my credit card info via some sort of game app and it got caught in a loop. I was completely unable to make the restaurant bill payment via this method. Terrible app and loads of time wasted. The staff should warn people! In the end I paid by card through the usual payment terminal. Very ?

Made a home delivery. That was just too bad.Looks like chef is not checking the dishes before they get out of the kitchen.Ramen noodles are not cooked and are crispy. They miss the double beef , and the portion size is like 1/3 of what should be.There is clearly a problem with stuff management and discipline in this place.What is surprising cause I love wagamama overall.But this particular place in Wimbledon, you don?t wanna eat in.

Went out with my friends not a first time to Wagamama been to serval brunches around, loved this site as the experience was really great. very accommodating and friendly staff. We had baby with us I believe the manager came over to guide us to table which will be comfortable for us.. service from Waitress were excellent she make sure we were looked after and everything was okay.Thank you will revisit soon

Wagamama is high rated restaurant chain for me. I have never regretted at any of branch. Wimbledon branch has bright and spacious dining area. We prefer outdoor sitting at this branch. Stuffs are really helpful and kind. Suitable for families who have toddler and children. Menu is huge and has lots of vegetarian delicious choices. We mostly eat wook noodle and calamari ?

Wagamama menu - fresh juices ( and ?grown up?, fun, non-alcoholic drink options), great selection of fresh vegetables and vegetarian dishes. Regardless of the location, I?ve found this chain pretty consistent in food standards in particular- (although service varies significantly, and this spot wasn?t my favorite.) But on any given street, at any given hungry time, Wagamama gets my vote ??Vegetarian options: Love the vegetarian options and cold pressed juices!

Every time we order for a big group take away they forget a main meal. Yesterday we had a party for eight 9 year olds and they missed one girl's meal entirely from the order, they also missed off a portion of edamame. Rip off merchants!!Another time we had a family friend gathering of 8 people and they missed my main meal off completely. 1 hour after everyone had eaten my meal arrived. I said never again but my daughter loves it so I conceded for her birthday party and wished I hadn't. So embarrassing for 1 child not to have anything to eat.

Imagine a restaurant where they had paella, fish & chips, escargots and kebab all on the same menu. Confusing, right? That's exactly what Wagamama is. Not Japanese, not Korean, not Thai, not Chinese but all at once, and nothing in particular. Mix all cuisines together and achieve nothing. They don't cook the food properly either, vegetables in my ramen were undercooked and the noodles were cooked without removing the starch. The broth was nowhere near hot enough. They have no idea what they are doing. Don't waste your time / money and go to the proper Japanese, Thai or Korean restaurants nearby.

Came in a small group including a member of staff, so our service was great! Everyone enjoyed their food. My pad Thai was ok, a bit bland. I'd have the mackerel next time. Atmosphere was calm and - we didn't pay much attention to others as we were too busy chatting amongst ourselves!

Lovely staff, friendly and good food. I went there and my Pad Thai was a bit dry. They replaced my order and it was perfect!

Food was ok, the portion was too small. I normally eat the same dish from a different Wagamama and it?s enough for me, but this time I felt hungry straight away. The restaurant was empty, but the waitress took ages to get my order. I kept waiving at her, but she didn?t see me. When she finally came to me she was a bit rude. I?m not coming back to this Wagamama.
