The security at this store are horrid!! The man literally followed me around the store and was so rude. I won't be going back!!

No women's changing rooms. I couldn't try on any clothes because there were men inside the changing rooms. I didn't want to risk being perv-ed on, so went home without buying anything.

I recently visited Uni Qlo Wimbledon to handle a sizable online return. Turns out, they only offer exchanges for online purchases in-store. While I found this a bit unexpected, I decided to look around to make an exchange. However, my original order was in two heavy bags, making it quite a task to shop around. I asked one of the staff members if I could place my bags somewhere safe while I browsed, and she declined without giving any alternatives. It was clear she was more focused on her phone than assisting customers, which honestly made me feel a bit uncomfortable.Thankfully, another employee by the changing rooms noticed and offered to keep my bags nearby. I really appreciated that gesture and even ended up purchasing about £200 worth of items.But, given my initial interaction, I'm reconsidering my choices and might just prefer online shopping next time. It'd be great if all staff members were as helpful and attentive as the guy at the changing rooms.

Love this Uniqlo due to the fact that you can get some great deals from the sale section, compared to the main store in central London/Oxford Circus.

We went on Saturday with my partner to buy some items! We love Uniqlo, we shop from this brand since 5 years ago and we usually go to the one in Wimbledon or Regent Street!Unfortunately, every time we go to the one in Wimbledon the team is very lifeless, moody, and especially rude! Their customer service training must be not existing, or done by the wrong person! The 5 starts though, will go to an amazing person, Vlad, who surprised me and my partner! He was the most helpful, smiley and educated staff member we have ever met or will ever meet in an Uniqlo store! These kind of people makes you want to return to that store, not new collections!

We visited the store today about an hour before closing time. At 20 minutes to 7pm one of the employees (possibly the manager) became very abrupt and extremely rude to any customers still in the store. She was snapping at everyone in sight, telling the security guard to ?get these people out of here!? and overall screaming at the rest of the employees. Terrible, terrible experience and really frames the entire store in a poor light. I will never return - and there were several items my teenage daughter liked. She would have been a repeat customer, but for this woman and her off putting attitude.
