I went to Tool Station this afternoon to buy nuts.
I didn't have the right size but had taken with me the same type of nut as those I had to buy.
Obviously this represented an insurmountable mountain of work for the saleswoman who refused to do her job by pretending that it was not her job and by inviting us to go to another store instead!!!!!! This added to her lack of politeness when we arrived and left and the tone of her voice which left no doubt that we were disturbing her in her paid inactivity!!!
In short, we went to WICKES and we found competent salespeople, who wanted to work and respectful of the customer!!
Note that before trying TOOL STATION we had gone to B&Q where the saleswoman was also very professional but they didn't have the nuts we were looking for.

Tool station are inconsiderate neighbours, to the local residents with early morning 7am deliveries by articulated lorry?s, there are families and children that live opposite your shop that are trying to sleep, have some respect and make your deliveries after 10am, this is anti social behaviour by tool station.

Excellent customer service from Niall, who I hope still works for the company, if not at this branch. Extremely important for the customer to get guidance if not a trade person him/herself
