Rudest staff ever. I went to collect an evri parcel and instead of informing me politely that they no longer do this and helping me find a solution they had an incredibly rude tone, shrugging their shoulders. No basic customer service skills

Visited yesterday at 6:10pm. Wanted a £3 meal deal, which I found at the back of the store & purchased (without a free Tesco Clubcard I think the meal deal is £3.50). Hoped for self service tills, they had 2.

Incredibly rude security staff! Absolutely appalling behaviour with sainsbury's not far down the road, I recommend you take your money elsewhere!! Not worth the stressful.

Manager of the store not wearing gloves. Touching everything all over the place including payment screens, payment devices, tried to grab my bag as I was getting a refund for the wrongly priced goods. He is obviously risking health and lives of customers and his own staff. Horrible!

As branches of Tesco go, this is definitely at the smaller end. There is a very limited range of fruit and vegetables, as well as groceries. It's okay for an emergency last minute shop, but there's definitely not enough choice for your regular weekly shop. The aisles are very narrow and it always seems a little bit scruffy, so by preference I tend to go to the Sainsbury's across the road.

Rude staff and customer care which was literally non-existent. I only gave it two starts, because of the variety, but not sure if that's enough to justify such a score.
