Love the suspense every time I order my Americano with milk and an extra shot. Will it have milk? Won?t it? Who knows! Keeps me on my toes ? and apparently them too. A thrilling game of dairy roulette.

Asad the Barista is super unfriendly, frowning and not even pleasant in approaching customers.. there were not even so many customers the time I went.. SB customer service should be worked out by the Staff Here. Please improve on this

Tiramisu Cream Oat Shake Espresso ? more like a plain iced latte.
I was excited for a dessert-in-a-cup vibe, but what I got from Starbucks was a watery, indistinct drink with barely a whisper of tiramisu flavor. The ?shake? texture wasn?t there, the espresso tasted muted, and the oat milk dominated everything. For the premium price, I expected something richer and more distinguishable than their standard iced latte. Totally disappointed and wouldn?t order again.

One of your servers needs to stop mumbling in a quiet voice when he calls the order. Every single customer had to confirm that they had the right order.

So lovely in there - the staff are exemplary and the music and atmosphere so peaceful and airy. It?s my new favourite place plus they are so kind letting the dogs in and giving them a puppaccinno!

I have been visiting regularly for a decade and now my 8 year old daughter visit as she sees this as a huge treat and gets very excited about it. Today (Saturday 3pm) we visited. Left. I had lost my credit card. Went back and started rooting around in their bins (yes I know!!) as thought I?d accidentally thrown away with my rubbish. A lovely young girl approached, saw what I was doing and so kindly offered me gloves to search. She was on the till so had to get back. Then another lovely member of the team, a young man came up and himself insisted on rooting through and helping me. This was SO kind. As a stressed out, disorganised Mum to have some kindness from others means everything. My card ended up being in another shop. Thankyou for being such a lovely team.

Quite busy but overall nice experience. Upstairs was closed when there were not really any seats available indoors and downstairs. Drink was good and happy to add more syrup when we needed it :)
