Rude and unwelcoming staff\\nWe initially entered the store and was greeted by a very hostile woman. My mum felt so uncomfortable and judged that she did not want to remain in the store. I think that, especially at the moment, the staff, especially those they have welcoming customers, should be more understanding and if anything a little cheerier.\\nThe actual optician was lovely and efficient and my eye test went well\\nHowever I was then passed over to the same lady to fit my new glasses and I felt the same hostile energy.

first of all Wimbledon brunch the location is excellent and very easy to find this store . when I visited on 8th DEC 2020 I noticed some customers of all ages in the store, there is without a doubt something for everyone . after a warm welcome from the team, I sit and after some moments a gentle man guide me to cosy eye test room ,the gentleman explained in simple and clear terms when testing my eyes so I was made to feel valued as a patient not just a customer. I felt relaxed, comfortable so next time I will ask for a coffee as well

I was assisted by Optometrist Meera Patel today. Its been a while since I have encountered such professionalism. She articulates the process well and I was assisted promptly and efficiently by all staff. Highly recommend her!

Just waited an hour and a quarter after my appointment time to finally be seen no explanation or apology whilst others who arrived a lot later than me were seen within minutes once I was finally seen the optometrist was very helpful and good

I was waiting half an hour for my appointment whilst other people were seen who arrived later than me and not a single person came to me to explain why i wasn't going in and when i said i was leaving they didn't even apologize. Very rude. Not going back again

I usually have check ups at the Tooting Broadway branch, but Tooting had no appointments available for my selected dates, so I settled for the Wimbledon branch and frankly regretted it!
