Came in this morning to get a few items and asked the lady at reception to help me find what I needed as I had a young baby with me who was crying. It took me three attempts to actually get the help I needed from her despite the fact that the store was empty, there were other staff members at the back and she was in her phone. She also tried to tell me in the process that she didn?t have time for me. Would not recommend if you might need some help - customer service quite appalling.

I needed a clear plastic container (volume: 37 litres) that I had planned to buy from Robert Dyas, Wimbledon Broadway. I was heading there, when I walked past Ryman and saw some plastic containers inside. They made me curious, so I went inside and asked about 2 specfic containers -- 1 (35 litres for £14,99) and 2 (40 litres for £13,99). This 2nd container (only one stocked) was most appealing, so I said that I wanted to buy it, but I needed to nip out briefly and I would return soon -- could they keep it one side (reserved) for me ? The assistant (Muslim lady: Haya ?) was unsure and asked her colleague (Latino ?) -- thankfully, he agreed and said to keep it behind the counter for me (the customer !!). I thanked them, told them I would return shortly and I left. I went to Robert Dyas, further down, and browsed their plastic containers -- NOT quite what was shown on their website, and more costly !! No good, so I returned to Ryman, hoping to buy my "reserved" plastic container -- thankfully, still there !! I spoke to another assistant (mixed race ?) and explained the plastic container "reserved" for me earlier behind the counter that she retrieved, and sold to me -- leaving me as a proud / privileged / honoured / delighted owner of a...new...clear plastic container (40 litres), costing me £13.99: a larger container (more volume), costing less !! A super deal, if ever there was one...I owe my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Ryman and all 3 assistants above (idenitifiable, hopefully) for going out of the way to give me such outstanding customer service -- tell Head Office that all 3 assistants deserve bonuses / pay-rises for their great corporate conduct shown on this occasion, 13/01/24.THIS CUSTOMER IS GIVING ALL THIS POSITIVE FEEDBACK (MOST DESERVEDLY FOR ALL 3 ASSISTANTS), AND -- THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !!P.S. I have described all 3 assistants above, as I recall that day, to help management identify them and commend / reward them deservedly.

The printing section in the store is always very good, been using their service few times. The gentleman who always works there (unfortunately i dont know the name) always very polite, friendly and very helpful to all the customers.

Mo has given me a Rolls Royce service. The definition on each and every one of 100 images was perfect. Mo will always go that extra mile. He is also a very nice guy.

To make a scan documentd myself and send via email they still charge 60p per page which is senseless. I do all the work and there is no printing yet it would cost me £60 for a full scan of passport. Obscene pricing and ridiculous customer service

Print service is really bad. I recommend you not to come here to print. When printing, although the page scale was large and the tables I wanted to print on a normal A4 paper did not fit, they did not correct this. They insisted that this was normal and would have continued to print this way if I hadn't stopped them. I told them that I could show them how to correct this scale setting, but they said that they could not do this due to company policy. If their company policy is that their customers do not get the service they want, I would advise them to think again. But I have to thank them that thanks to their unreasonable behaviour, I went to another stationery store and I was able to get a much better print service at a much cheaper price.

I?ve lived in the area for a while but mostly purchase online. Twice in 2 weeks I?ve used Ryman for printing services, it?s an amazingly personal and professional experience.Muhammad stayed late to finish up a printing job, gave recommendations and wished me luck for the next day. Ryman, you have a star!Retail is not dead by any angle, but we need to support our neighbourhood. As they say, use it or lose it. #experienceeconomy

Ideally located, brilliantly adept and efficient staff. Mohammed Zaman, in particular, was a whiz with prints and scans. Really well run establishment with good leadership.

Usually, I don't have an issue, but it's the second time my printing was ruined by the same lady. There were 4 documents attached to an email. She printed 3 and then asked me to visit later for the one she missed! I opened my email to show her the document, and she refused to see it. I am not driving all the way back for a single paper that she could have printed then and there when it was also attached to the same email.Also, I just checked that the printouts are not aligned, so a lot of text is cut out. I paid for a very poorly done job. She was so quick that she didn't even let me see the prints or count the papers.I don't know who this lady was, but I am never going back to Rayman Wimbledon.

Rymans Wimbledon Broadway branch:While the staff members were helpful and attentive, the store manager Emma?s attitude and demeanour were extremely off-putting and overshadowed an otherwise positive shopping experience.Throughout my visit on two occasions, Emma?s behaviour was noticeably rude and unhelpful.She was abrupt, showing no interest in assisting me or finding solutions to other customers problems.Instead, it felt like she was actively trying to block any attempts to resolve issues.It was frustrating to witness her dismissive attitude and superiority ego towards her team who are forced to tolerate her.The impact of Emma?s behaviour was evident on her staff.The employees seemed to be walking on eggshells around her. I understand why people might choose to leave the company if they have to deal with such poor behaviour on a daily basis.This experience with Emma also made me wonder about the treatment her staff receives behind the scenes.If she is willing to be rude and unhelpful to customers, I dread to think how else she interacts with her team. She undermines the good in this branch.While I appreciate the efforts of the other team members, it is Emma?s attitude that leaves a lasting negative impression on my overall experience.
