Food is good but keeps getting more and more expensive for just a take away. Same for the coffee. Staff is usually very friendly in this store.

Adrian I guess is his name I hope he try to know how to respond better when customer ask for something it?s all about attitude so that face you make don?t help to make customer service better remmeber we customer come here and spend our money here to basically pay your wedges to you and all the stuff so please next time make sure all your customers are happy ! Unlike the Putney location, you can always find comfortable seating at Wimbledon. At peak times maybe you have to wait a few minutes. The staff are efficient. They're always busy keeping the queue moving, food stocked, tables cleared and toilets always cleaned. Unlike the Putney location, this one always has children's food sizes available.
Since I got my subscription a couple of months ago, we've been visiting this location a couple of times a week to dine-in and often more frequently for take-away. In general we have been eating at Pret locations all over London replacing visits to Nero, Gails, Starbucks and Leon. But since Pret decided I was "ALIENATED" before becoming a subscriber, and Pret is cancelling the current subscription program, I guess I'll soon go back to being "ALIENATED" and return to spending more at these other establishments. Good news about the new Gail's opening in Wimbledon a few minutes down the road.

Customer service is horrible, been coming here for a long time and they suddenly change rules. By using the excuse that it was a ?mistake?, staff are not trained well enough if they are making so many mistakes.

Generally a good branch of pret but the toilets are frequently out of order - sometimes both of them

Nice food and coffee. Toilets were disgusting and furnished in a way that makes it a place for quick stops only.
