Was told that Special Guaranteed delivery or Parcelpost were the only options for my parcel unless I purchased the cheaper postage options online. Staff clearly trying to upsell postage options and denying the more affordable options so I left and sent parcel with another courier. Seriously disappointing- avoid!

12/11/23. It's 3:35pm and the post office is closed and the shutters are down. Please change the opening hours on your website as this is misleading especially if you are not open at all on Sunday or if you close early.

The post office was recently renovated and it looks great! New staff as well who are efficient and very helpful. They also now do packageless amazon returns which is much easier than travelling for 30 mins (avoiding the shop next to wimbledon park station as its terrible)

This is a BRILLIANT Post Office. The staff are always friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to assist customers .

The post office was meant to close at 4 pm on a Saturday, but was closed 10 minutes before time.. I wasted £22 pounds making Uber trips , even though I arrived at 3:50 pm..The timings listed on the website are a misrepresentation of the actual operating opening hours, and unfair to actual customers.

Used this post office to send a parcel internationally.When I got home I realised it was only signed for and not tracked.I went back to the shop and was told that because it had been booked in by them, it now has to be collected by Royal Mail and I have to go to Cranbrook Rd, to pick it up. This was a lie.So now instead of giving me the parcel back, when they still had it in their possesion, it is now lost in the system and is highly unlikely to reach the recipient as it's not tracked.

Like another reviewer (no, I?m not after a discount!), this is not my nearest PO but it?s worth the extra journey because the service is excellent.

I often visit this post office to drop off parcels etc. despite it being further away than some other post offices closer to where I live, and I choose it as I find the staff friendly, helpful and have a sense of humour :)

Very rude service on Saturday by owner.Husband took in helium balloons to be filled for our daughters birthday. Gentleman then burst one of them and instead of replacing it, charged him for a new one!Jack runs that place and is a pillar of our community, thank goodness for him!
