I ordered a pizza that was never delivered! I called the branch and they said my order didn't exist. I went there to prove what I ordered but I still left the branch without my refund and without the pizzas! Terrible service, I don't recommend it!

Possibly the best pizza place in the world. My friends were picking up a very large pizza order, when the minibus they were driving broke down. The absolute hero bossman helped them turn the minibus around. We are so thankful to you for saving the pizza party, delivering delicious warm pizzas and then calling to check my friends managed to return back to our party ok. Could not ask for better customer service! Thank you for your help and kindness.

I just want is to say Thank you for you service. I have called this morning to order some Pizza for our company event. I have speaking to a very nice Gentleman , he was super polite and helpful. The Pizza's was here on time and they where taste amazing. Pizza's was gone in 10 minutes ;-)Thank you for you service today ;-)

April 2024. I think Southfields branch have new management. Awful delivery experience 50 minute deliver time. Store manager doesn?t care. Cold pizza ?. No follow up. I?ve been a regular customer of this branch for years (for the kids) but am NEVER EVER buying pizza from this store again. Such a shame. Before they outsourced delivery they were great.

Perfect experienceHad to order 20 pizzas for a work eventManager Ashad was the best guy you could ask for. Promised to have pizzas done for a certain time which was fulfilled, communicated well with us and even helped us place the pizzas in our car when we came to collect.Best experience at Papa Johns and team deserves full praise.Will 100% recommend!

Joke. I've ordered a pizza in a deal buy 1 get 1 free, received only one, and no one knows where it is. Driver haven't received, but restaurant have given.

Shop says it opens at 11am. The door was locked with the key on the inside at 11.30 I was knocking the door till 11.40. Staff member came and opened the door and was rude about me asking why is the shop closed and it?s meant to be open. Never eating from this place
