Appalling and incompetent - services extremely slow - too slow unless you want to go there to die

Very bad customer service. They take you out of a queue to another one where you wait for 30 minutes due to very slow staff. Had to walk out and couldn't do my transfer. Too bad!

They didn't want to deal with cash on a weekend. But I have work during the week, so the weekend was my only option to visit the branch. This means that I am just fully unable to deposit cash into my account, end of story. And the bank person didn't have any advice for me either. Oh well.

I can't start describing how unhelpful our experience was at this bank and how little knowledge some of the staff members had about their products. To the point we decided to open the account somewhere else.

A hate this vile bank and this useless branch. They say they're open on a Saturday but actually all that's open is their ATMs, there's no other banking services in the branch on Saturdays,, so THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE OPEN! Pathetic excuse for an organization and I wish their CEOs would suffer genuine pain in their personal lives. I really hope for bad nasty things for everyone running this company. *I'm holding back from saying what I really think because it would land me in big trouble.

NatWest are making it as hard as possible to bank with them. I use a charity account so cannot bank online yet.The staff at the bank are always polite and I?m sure are doing their best, but whoever is putting open ingpolicies in place is who this review is directed at.Before the pandemic the branch was open mon-fri, 9-5 and sat 9-1 (with counter). They have used the pandemic a convenient excuse to shorten this even more to non-fri 9-4.30 and sat 9-1 with no counter service. What is the point of even opening on Saturday? They might as well pack it in altogether and say they have no interest in serving people in-person.The machines are available but they are not at all trustworthy and if something goes wrong with them they say you have to come back mon-fri.If you work office hours it?s impossible to get there in the week.Shocking.

I was shocked to see the bank busy especially during tier 4, however a lovely gentleman called Kristian helped me set up my online banking. I had a few issues regarding my account and Kristian did above and beyond to help me! Such a delight, always had a smile on his face... honestly he made my day.

Thanks to Christian, all problems were solved. After changing personal info on the Natwest App, my husband and I couldn?t use the App at all. Nobody found what the problem was even Natwest Chat. They just said there was no problem on my app connection and suggested me delete and install App. By the guideline, I reinstall the App more than 10 times.. but nothing changed. Our final destination was Natwest Wimbledon Branch. Christian knew what should be done for it, he was very professional. He reset our account, after then everything was woking properly !!!

Everything revolves around one person, call it single point of failure. Be prepared to wait for hours to get a job half done!.

A really busy store - the staff were friendly but I feel it wouldnt be so busy (to the point where everyone is getting frustrated with waiting) had they not closed all other NatWest branches in the area.
