Horrible experience. I booked an appointment as have a wedding coming up. They didn?t have even one suit in my size. I?m a 36 and 28in waist. Very common size. NOT ONE trouser in their entire store that I could try on. Nothing! Waste of my time! Absolutely train wreck of a store! How do u not carry any sizes?? Yet make appointments for people?

Excellent customer service, very helpful staff. Went here for a suit for 2 separate weddings and had a perfect experience both times. Would definately recommend.
Tekena and Mr Shah were both incredibly helpful and I know I will be looking for one of them the next time I need another suit.

James the manager was absolutely attentive and apologetic when he had to help the other staff during our fittings, a proper gent, he couldn't do enough during our fittings, was really efficient with his staff who he had to call upon, really fun day, get in touch with them

I whole heartedly want to thank Mr Shah, he is a great great man. I want to recognise and send all my praise to Nick. A patient, respectful and great guy; he must get an employee reward and recognition. A kind and genuine soul, who was a massive help and support. Went in today to pick up a suit I bought online. The jacket didn't fit and was easily changed. I was really well looked after. Quality helpful staff. Ended up buying a couple more things and will definitely shop in the store in the future. Got a big selection and highly recommend.

There was absolutely no hard selling, which made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable.
He is extremely knowledgeable, with a great sense of style, knowing exactly what looks good and what doesn?t, and he offers a personal touch that makes all the difference.

I went in to buy a shirt last minute for a wedding and was taken care of wonderfully by the staff. Danya went above and beyond, got different shirt styles for me to try on and then helped select the right fabric and cuff too. Felt thoroughly looked after and very satisfied at the end!
