Interesting that my last review was removed. I ordered a suit 8 weeks ago in store and have nothing to show for it. It was purchased for 2 weddings which have been and gone and another suit had to be purchased. Would love an update but head office and the store seem intent on running me round in circles. My time and money has been wasted here and left me extremely upset.

I needed a linen suit at short notice. I was served by Ellie who was super-helpful, she was patient and knowledgeable of all the nuances of sizing, cut and what would suit my build and colouring, explaining everything clearly. She was able to secure my exact mix of sizes to order and called me the next day to say they were delivered and ready. Perfect!

Went into the branch inside Elys today, we were served by Ellie who was so helpful and knowledgeable, fantastic customer service!

Visited the branch today looking for a reasonably priced suit and shoes. I was met by a very polite and friendly gentleman called Lewis. He helped me decide what options were available and measured me to establish what sizes were needed. Ameli was also a delight to converse with. All in all a very pleasant and helpful service. I popped into Moss Bross in Elys department store looking for a last minute suit for a wedding. Amine was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient as she helped me source an outfit to wear. Amine made the process really enjoyable and I came away with a well put together and comfortable suit. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Elys in Wimbledon after Christmas to buy a coat and was served by Amine, who was a very courteous and welcoming member of the team and made me feel very comfortable when looking to choose a coat.
I tried on 3 different coats and Amine was great in advising which the best one was for me.

I attended the Moss Wimbledon store as I needed a suit for my sisters wedding, and I must say the service I received was just impeccable,
I was greeted by a very friendly lady Amine, she helped me select the perfect colour suit for the wedding, she also helped me select a shirt, Burgundy tie & Pocket Sqaure, she even suggested burgundy socks to match, how fantastic (I hadn?t even thought of matching socks)
Also my suit needed to be tailored so another colleague Lewis Kindly stepped in to help & pinned me up, I was really impressed by the knowledge & professionalism he showed, he explained how the suit should fit in detail while pinning me up & he then let me know the suit would be ready in 2-days (just two days I mean WOW)
2-days later I went back the the store to collect my suit, Amine once again was very polite & attentive, I tried my suit on & must say I was so happy with the result of the tailoring as the suit fitted fantastically, I then decided to look for a pair of shoes to complete the look, after trying a few styles, the size I wanted wasn?t in stock, then Amine checked to see if they could be ordered, once again she came through & said she could send them Straight to my house, fantastic
The level of service I received was just amazing, I recommend the Wimbledon Moss store as the place to go if you need service with attention to detail & styling knowledge, from start to finish the staff were attentive & professional, it was a truly pleasurable shopping experience

Awful customer service, both sales reps left me hanging for nearly 10 mins after a ?fitting? for a rental suit. I got fed up and walked out and still no one said anything ?
