We came to grab some late night (well, early morning) post night out food before heading home. It was very efficient, with everything ready within 5 minutes.

I wish I could provide a zero star rating. When I visited the branch on Saturday, the order machine (the left most machine at the entrance) failed to dispense my receipt with the order number, but did manage to take my money.
In the end, I did not get my order, and had to go elsewhere for a late night meal.
It was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.
While, we've all accepted the fact that prices have gone up, I'm sure none of us have, nor should we, accept that we will end up paying for nothing - but that is exactly what happened to me.
Please, sort out your machines.

First time in Wimbledon Macdonald. Small branch but really busy. Order by machine or still pay by cash. They have downstairs table & chairs.

Just absolutely poor. Have had issues on delivery with this place before but always been compensated.
Today a simple order of a breakfast Wrap Meal, Berry Muffin and a Duo Muffin deal.
Again delivery arrives no Muffin, no breakfast wrap meal, driver additionally useless but sighest he's only delivering what's been given. How incompetent do you have to be to over and over again get something so basic wrong.

service is abysmal, toilet is impossible to get to, milkshake machine is never clean, still taste mint in my milkshakes when the mint flavour hasn?t been sold for months, clearly states 24/7 but turned away when picking up an order placed on the app. genuinely the worst mcdonald?s i have ever been to.

I am here to pick my order on 01-05-2025 at 2:03 pm and i have to pick my uber order, they have notifoed on uber that it is ready and now its been 20 minutes after that notification and still i am waiting for that order. The staff is non professional and aggressive. I was asking for my order and the lady here was rrally rude. By the way this time walk in customer is also not too much but still the mcdonalds staff dont want to do their job. They should go home if they dont want to do their job and dont gave ethics.

The incompetence of people working there never ceases to amaze me.The guy assembling the food could not count to two to put 2 burgers ordered in a bag instead of one. I would encourage the HR at checking 1st grade math skills before offering a job. The most pathetic McDonald?s in London

Absolute disgrace staff are rude and it takes me 10 times longer to get my food than I did 10 years ago. McDonald?s website tells me to ring Wimbledon McDonald?s if I have a complaint but they have their phone permanently off the hook. I suggest this is to avoid getting complaints absolute shocker.
