As of recently the store is still doing excellently
I love this store, The staff in the morning are beyond friendly and great at serving, The produce choice is incredible, they're responsive to customer feedback and make spending money here a good choice to make.
(Many thanks to the ladies of customer service on the Sunday 20th at 15:45 to 16:57 your service was precise and patiently dispersed and your manners and personality in such a busy time were utterly charming and thoroughly helpful and enjoyed, well done. It makes spending my time and money there feel so much more respected and appreciated and I shall be returning often)

They had a lovely lady in the bakery but now she?s gone, she used to work the weekends. Plus they have mice there as you can see the traps under the bakery shelf?s & bread shelf?s . The managers don?t know what they are doing. As for the baker Paul his try?s to take over from the ladies on the bakery

Such awful customer service.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Bouncers on the door. Dirty, disorganised shelves.
Poor management. I mean the list is endless. Shopping in this branch is a risky nightmare. It?s a mess.
Yesterday, there was hair, yes long hair, stuck on several packages of grapes.
Several summers back there was a fly laying eggs on a packet of beef. Nothing in the chilled fridges feel cold enough. The place is an absolute mess. Been shopping there for years, it never use to be that bad

Massive M&S lover, but this stores layout is weird, so much so when me and other customers were trying to leave (as it was closing time) we got lost and no-one to help. Get the basics right!!

They have removed the plant kitchen section and spread out all the items, not impressed in having to go through all the sections to find the items .

Today the employee at the cash register was very bad at her job. She took the bread out of the package, touched it many times. She didn't wash her hands after the last customer. Before me, she had touched various goods and cash with her hands. I asked to change this bread to another one, the worker was not satisfied with my request. I'm disabled, it's hard for me to walk. The bread was changed by another employee. The incident took place at 15.07 pm on 1 August
Why does the employee allow touching bread with dirty hands, why doesn't she use gloves. I'm not sure if the money she touched from other customers is clean. Why should I put my health at risk?

Usually well stocked and very convenient place to have online orders delivered as I've never waited long to pick up an order. M&S definitely has my favourite range of food and their new dips have been amazing...yes we've tried them all lol. Their new chocolate would be next on my list but it is very expensive for a bar of chocolate. I also think the little desserts like the Colin pudding are way too expensive for essentially a kid's dessert. I went to pick up two for my niece and nephew and it would have been over £5 for two tiny portions. We also recently had their bone-in chicken kievs and they were not good. Way too salty and honestly a bit inedible. I'm not sure if it was a one off but I would never buy them again.

I don?t usually write reviews but I had to given the level of outstanding customer service I received!!!! A young blonde ish male in his 20s helped me to pack my bag on the self checkouts as I had a very full basket. He was very polite and helpful and is a credit to the store. M&S standards were definitely upheld on Saturday evening!!!

Atendimento meio perdido, drinks caros mas que não valem (???), comida mediana pra ruim - não acredito que eu volte para comer, talvez talvez pra beber. Decoração industrial é agradável

Sometimes hard to get certain items as they sell out so that can be a nuisance. But pretty good quality just a bit pricey when you can get same quality and taste from tesco.

Mostly find everything we need for weekly groceries...What I love the best is their fresh bakery items.Good service from the staff and easy billing and check out options
