Needs an enforcement officer in the car park, this incompetent driver cannot read UK road markings and proceeded to drive the opposite way down a one way section of the car park, to park directly outside of the entrance. Lazy, entitled and thick.

Really poor service. Only one member of staff that is actually polite and helpful in the food department. I left my faulty shoes with the manager David on 15/09/2023 to send to quality control department as they wore and tore within a few months of purchase and to this very day I haven?t got my shoes back nor did I get a phone call with an update. No refund or anything. I?ve been chasing for months now and nothing. It?s really poor customer service and it?s very disappointing. I am a regular customer and it?s a shame that the service has gone downhill over the years.

Lovely big store, thanks to Marierose (I think) the lovely lady with the Jamaican flag ?? on her badge who was so nice and helpful on self service check out and helped me use some vouchers on my Christmas shopping I had. Felt like proper old school lovely M&S customer service. Good selection, friendly staff. Free parking.

Took about 20 minutes to get one takeaway coffee. As I got bored waiting, started looking at the kitchen area. All the microwaves and ovens were showing warnings, asking them to clean and change the filters. Staff or manager didn?t seem bothered about this. As annoying is it is to wait 20 minutes for a coffee, cooking food in dirty equipment is much more unforgivable.

I enquired at the fitting rooms re help with bra fitting. I was told, quite rudely, that you no longer offer these.There was no mention of being able to book a fit, as I found out via the poster on the cubicle.The lady could have easily told me that, but it seems she was busy being grumpy and helpful.I?m went to the Purley branch and had a great experience there. They know how to treat customers.

Bought flowers on Thursday. They waa brown spots when I took them out of the packaging. Didn't think much of it. I just lifted them to put in fresh water. White fur mould. Terrible !

Friendly staff at the cafe but took nearly an hour to get our food. Surely you should know a Saturday will be busy! Probably easier to order, then go and shop and come back a couple of hours later to eat!

Very nicely laid out store. It's great that there's a section for food as well as clothing so you can buy both at the same time. Prices are very high, though, but it is M&S, so this is to be expected.
