Really appalling. They rang me 5 mins before my MOT was due to let me know the MOT tester was not in. My motHas run out and I now have to drive back home with no MOT. My test was booked at 3.15 in the afternoon.

I bought 4 new tyres and had the wheel alignment done on a sunday. The person working there was on his own and never once did he get stressed out with answering the phone or other customers comming in. Very professional very polite.

I've been to this Kwik Fit a few times and consistently have mixed or disappointing experiences. These range from being quoted for unnecessary works, having auto problems that I've pointed out either ignored or not taken seriously, and a lack of communication from the staff. The wait times are generally quite long, although they are honest about the wait times and do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible, which I appreciate. This makes me wonder if they have a problem with poor staffing or overbooking. I really feel for the team because I think they are doing their best, but I do feel like they could use some customer service or unconscious bias training, or at least be given the resources to hire more staff.

Honest advice and good work. Some unnecessary works previously quoted were taken out of the list after a more careful inspection of the car. The communication was clear and honest. Good guys you can trust.

The car has given engine warning light due to excess oil filling. Please call me back to correct this error.I was also not explained if the car had any issue. Although I asked I was only told invoice will have full explanation which did not happen.
