Food was okay, loads of items taken off the menu, extremely expensive now. Dirty and the bins were overflowing, staff didn't seem bothered.

Visited after many years of avoiding this place. Fool me twice. This is still the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. Food is to be expected, and is fine. But the service is ridiculous. They don't care either. Watched one of the workers for a little while as I was waiting at the window. It was as if he was sleep walking. Abysmal.

I honestly thought this KFC had changed after a change in management. This is the second time I've come since the change and both times, I've been asked to wait in the car park for someone to come and give me my order.
As a 'Drive Thru', this is what it should be. Order your food, pay, get your food and Drive away. Not wait for 10 minutes in the car park with all the other cars waiting for your food.
Yes, there used to be a very big line of cars waiting to go through the drive thru due to waiting for food, now there's lots of cars waiting in the car park and it still takes a long time.

I personally avoid this kfc the reason why is because they wont give what you ask in your order.
Neither I would go with my family nor with friends. I adviced my friends to avoid this branch. I would rather go to the local chicken shop.
They loosing business because i dont often go to other kfc branches.

Worst service you can get, I order with table service and they ask to pickup my self from till. Every body not interested with doing anything.

Very bad experience . We ordered
party bucket and they did not mention that the bucket now contains 10 pieces instead of 14 like the hot wings . Secondly, the staff put everything thing in the bucket even though I mentioned that we were eating in and needed plates . It was really very difficult to separate the food and very very bad experienced staff were busy and taking each other

Food good and this guy named Alejandro helped me out by taking the rubbish out of my hands and helping me to put it in the bin and he was very nice towards me so he deserves some sort of reward. So thank you KFC and I will definitely be coming back here again. And I ate in, very warm and cozy environment and I would tip if I could. May these employees get a raise. And for all those people who judge it for being halal, I suggest you stop and go eat elsewhere as this food it top QUALITY

Ordered takeaway. The staff were friendly and our order was spot on. The KFC was tasty and not to oily. Will be visiting this place again.
