Was helped out by a very lovely young lady Paula who took the time to help with suggestions on which poke bowl I should have as it was my first time in itsu. I really enjoyed the food so it was a great suggestion and her kindness and patience to explain for me made my experience better. I would definitely come again.

I've visited the store during the lunch time and was so impressed by the service! Even if it was really busy it didn't feel crowded. Roxy was the person who helped me with my app & she was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Food is lovely as well. Service really fast.

I visited the ITSU in Wimbledon today and wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service I received from one of your team members, Paolo.
He was extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and truly service-oriented. It?s rare to come across someone so professional and genuinely warm ? he absolutely deserves recognition for his great attitude.

Second visit and disappointed again. The teriyaki salmon on rice was extremely cold and very stodgy. Didn't taste fresh. Had peas instead of edamame. Nowhere near the standard of other outlets (I eat this at other Itsu's a lot). Raising awareness so you can investigate and improve.
