“This review is overdue as I've frequented this store for many years now and have noticed an exceptional member of staff... Although I appreciated the great service I never bothered to write a review! However I visited the store again today and received the same high standard of service and promised myself I'd do a review. So here goes. Hubert is his name and great service is his game. Always, pleasant, always attentive, knows the store products and my particular favourite; actually guides you to the products by transporting himself around the store (and not just standing and pointing in the general direction of said item!) Such a great service in a time were customer care is as extinct as the dodo bird! Thanks Hubert, you are an asset to that store and I hope your manager reads this!”
