What a lovely shop, you always feel welcomed by Jill and Ellie they always have the biggest smile on their face and give my son the biggest wave.
My son has SEN needs and they cater for his needs without judging its very friendly shop.
The food is lovely and fresh and it?s very clean shop you can see the shop is well looked after.
Thank you everyone in the shop for making my son feel welcomed it means so much to us.

Be vigilant of staff overcharging!! Pop in for a coffee and got charged 3.85. That is over 50% more than correct price. Got refunded after complaining, but be alert!

They are supposed to open at 6am but that is not true. I was waiting and they did not open. Many people were waiting for it to open at the established time, but that did not happen.

I come in all the time and 9/10 times the staff are lovely and respectful. I was in a few minutes ago in a flowery red top, denim shorts and a bra and a staff member misgendered me twice. I thought i misheard the first time and let it slide but the second time I can only assume it was on purpose. It really upset me. Just say "Next please" and "Thank you" instead of insisting on adding Sir or Miss.

It?s a shocking experience visiting at this Gregg branch this afternoon. I was queuing to buy something and when it was my turn, the staff insisted I didn?t queue, cut the line in front of the whole queue and rejected the serve me.I am not sure if the staff has very bad eye sight, poor customer management or even racism to be honest.It was the most unpleasant experience as a customer in my life.

I basically ordered a vegetable bake and also a double chocolate Muffin. But the lady gave me Chocolate donut instead of muffin.. I was on a rush so I didn't open it right away, when I came back home and opened my package I saw that she had given me donut instead :(..
