Ordered takeaway/delivery on Just Eat?order took over one and a half hours to arrive.
Food was stone cold.
Hot dogs a congealed mess
Bearing in mind the order was over £120 (with 40% discount) would expect much better
Never again!
Fully recommend avoiding at all costs

Took them 25 mins to make 1 burger. Shouting at deliveroo people. Screaming between themselves and acting childish. Was very frustrating to wait.

The chips was vere dry and not fresh.They could have some serving trays,but not.Would not recommend.Nothing special at all !

Ordered on Just Eat taking advantage of the 40% off offer but I see the quality is 40% lower too. This place is really disgusting and they also take zero care in packaging their food, as it arrived messy all jumbled together in one bag rather than separating several the items into two bags.
Also it doesn?t help that you didn?t label any of the 4 burgers/sandwiches that I ordered so nobody knows what they are opening, not good especially for people that suffer from any allergies or intolerances.
I used to always order Five Guys Cajun Fries but these fries were burnt to a crisp and tasted very stale like cardboard, old fries refried a dozen times.
Looks like this place is going downhill for a while. Far better burger places out there, burger chains like this won?t survive much longer and are becoming obsolete like e.g Subway branches.
I will stick to mainly independent places going forward. If you must try a burger chain, I suggest Honest Burgers, but to be honest any place is better than this overpriced dump that once held a solid reputation in the industry. This place was a complete waste of time and money.

Disrespectful staff! On Saturday night I went to pick up an order for a customer and after waiting 20 minutes the food was ready. When it was time to pack and deliver the order, the staff left the ready food aside and went to take another customer's order. When I asked if the burger was ready and was just waiting for it to be delivered so I could continue with the delivery, the staff claimed that delivery orders are not a priority for the establishment. And other orders would be finished first (even though my order was already ready). The customer who orders through the app pays more for the food, pays fees and pays for delivery, the order is much more expensive for those who order through the app and the staff claim that they do not have the same value as the customer who is waiting in the store, they leave the ready order cold because they have no respect for the delivery people. The staff, including the manager, laugh and mock the delivery people who wait for them to kindly deliver the orders.

Staff are friendly, their beef burgers are pretty good and the portions of chips are always large (a regular is often enough to share between two).
Where it falls down is that the vegetarian/vegan offerings are laughably limited. Obviously vegetarians and vegans are not the main target audience here but it is quite pitiful that, in 2025, the best they can do for vegans is just to offer the burger without the beef patty, which leaves you with a burger bun and some limp salad with some bland mushrooms and onions. They really should be offering some kind of beyond meat burger or equivalent at this point, nearly every gastropub serves them, as do many other fast food chains.
A bit pricey for what it is, even if going for the beef burgers. Vegans and veggies should steer well clear until Five Guys decides to expand its offerings.

Hot dog is miniscule. Two bites and it's gone. Really disappointing, blown away by how small and average the hot dog was. They should call it a mini dog, or a hot baby sausage dog because it's so small.

Yet again I make a takeaway order from this store and they forget an order of fired that I order with a sandwich. Of course Deliveroo won't refund it as the restaurant now have to pay and I have to spend days emailing to get a refund for something I paid for a didn't receive. How damn hard is it for the person at the fries station to read a bill? Thos happens so often in addition to screwing up the toppings. Never happens when I go in of course. Ive had it with this location.Is there a corporate complaints contact?
