Used click and collect at this store. Went to collect the items and they had been sold to someone else. I drove an hour to get there, for them to waste my time. They offered no solutions, no alternatives, no options to get the items from a different store. Just an awful experience. Obviously the store is very badly managed and reflects poorly on the brand.

Please remove the pole for your exit thats Infront of the door it was very difficult for me to leave with my pushchair and for wheelchair users.

The laziest delivery team I have ever seen! Two men didn?t want to carry the bed inside and so a pregnant woman had to carry it in herself. Shameful will never use you again

I have ordered click&collect a fan more than 36 hours ago, it has been mentioned that it would be ready after 2 hours , this was a big lie, the order is not ready till now and never received the ready to collect email

Very poor management, bought a rug from this shop over weekend, we had party one of guests helping drop ice bucket on floor on this rug (the rug base was made of blue strings so next day all rug turn in blue ) I took it back for refund as under the rug says it is mat so it have to absorber so it should be ok with water but manager told me they can't give refund, my shopping receipt is about £257 and that's how they treated me, the rug is like paper cup on time use only really a pulling.
Do not shop from them. Waste of time and money.
