I have bad experience with Currys Delivery!!!!Do not pay extra money for Next Day Delivery! Not happening, and the driver excuse is ? there is not safety place for stop? - what!?. Xaxaxa !Just some new,unhappy with the job, an irresponsible DRIVER!If you are as Household appliances ?Currys? not going to do your job(Next Day Delivery) PROPERLY, I?m asking WHY YOU CHARGING DELIVERY FEES?I?m very regretful!NOT RECOMMEND CURRYS DELIVERY!

terribly bad service, i only had 2 important questions for buyinga fridge .however even i followed the website suggestions for chat etcetc , is like as if this shop exists only via photos. i abandoned . super bad service

Nothing wrong with currys but its staff in Colliers wood Currys store. I am struggling with refund of the tv i cancelled before delivery. And no one in the store not even store manager is able to refund. I called customer service and they said only store from where you bought the item can refund it. Now i am helpless, no one in the world can help me to refund my £1449. I am surprised that if the store is not educated enough to help to refund then no one can help me. Where to go ?. Very bad service in colliers wood store. I wish i could give them 0 star.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would, the staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have come to this store more than 5 times and yet the costumer service dosent seem to change. Will definitely not be coming back here again

I was at the store in Collins Wood yesterday and I will definitely come back. I was helped to choose well what was good for me and my requirements. A well-informed ANDREE staff member with all the answers to her, very kind had the patience to talk and make me understand certain things. Compared to other stores, I liked that the staff communicated with each other and helped each other with various information, they were friendly and helpful. I don't know other customers, but I was always happy with the products I bought. And when something was not in the store, the staff found alternatives to find the desired product. Thanks ?

Went there to buy iPad Air with my son, we had a look what he wanted.We were there good 25min and I couldn?t find a sales person, so I went to the paying counter to ask someone for assistance and I was told sorry you have to find a salesman and we are short off staff at the moment, told me to have a good day sir.I was shocked when I knew what I wanted to buy and just needed someone who can give me the product and leave.I had another look around for someone couldn?t find anyone. And elderly gentleman approached me asking if I could help with some speakers, I told I don?t work here and he left the store.So I left too.I went to another branch in new Malden and was dealt with immediately I didn?t even had to ask , got the products and left.The salesman behind the counter in Colliers Wood sw19 branch I think needs to get some simple training on how to deal with customers.I certainly won?t be going back there again.

Lots of merchandise to suit your needs. Friendly staff. There are two floors and they have both stairs and a lift. Handicap friendly. Good location. Plenty of parking.

I found this store to lack choice. Limited brands on sell. I kinda of have gotten use to not being able to get what I need. That being said, their mobile phones deals seem very good. I would not sign up to ID Mobile (Their own virtual phone carrier) again. Has so many problems with that phone network.

This store is currently a reflection of why B&M retail stores will soon be extinct. Staff don?t understand or care about customer service. Wanted help with some vacuums, clearly in need of help, 3 staff walked past us and put products that we were testing back on the selves without even acknowledging us. We had a kid with us too. They just couldn?t be bothered. Huge failure and lost an easy sale. Won?t be back there anytime soon.

I accompanied my sister who wanted to purchase a washing machine. Nobody approached us to ask if we needed help. We throughly checked out all of the washing machines and my sister decided on one that she liked. We had still not been approached by or seen any members of staff. So we went to search for someone to help and search indeed we did! We had been in store a good 15 minutes by this point. We found one lady member of staff who said she was alone on that floor and was currently assisting another customer. There were many other customers on the shop floor requiring help. I went downstairs to look for a member of staff to assist upstairs where the washing machines are. I was directed by a member of staff to a young man who was apparently a manager. At this point my whole Currys experience turned from a massive negative to a pleasent positive. The manager's name was Robert and he immediately apologised for the lack of staff upstairs stating that there should of been another manager on that floor. To cut an already rather long story short he came upstairs and assisted my sister with the sale of the washing machine she liked. He was polite and patiently answered the questions she had. Thank goodness for Robert! Currys nearly lost £460 of sales, which to a large franchise like Currys is probably nothing but to my sister is a hell of a lot of money. Because of Robert we would visit the store again. I suggest Currys at Colliers Wood recruit some more staff to assist its customers. Also perhaps some customer service training to some of the staff it does have ( I was ignored on the ground floor by a young lady who thought emptying some sort of bin more important than serving customers)

It is a large electronics store with a large range of products. I have purchased several products from here and I am satisfied.Recently though, I went to see the S23 Ultra phone with the intention of buying it. When I wanted to take it in my hand, I found that it was fixed. I called for help from a seller-consultant as if I wanted to test the camera, but she said that she can't do anything because it is fixed.What's the point of having the phone on display and the customer can't test it?Obviously I left there without my phone and with a bitter taste. Very disappointed. I think I don't go to them anymore.P.S. I then purchased the phone directly from Samsung and wrote this review from it.

Furious doesn't come close with this branch.Purchased a new TV from them 26/03. We had been in the store quite some time and we noticed we would have been over the free parking time limit. We mentioned this to the lady who was serving us and 'looking after us' who asked for the car details and assured us we would be ok as they can do something their end to make sure we do not get a parking fine. Guess what we received? A parking ticket. The store isn't 5 minutes from us otherwise I would pop down to get this resolved, I have wasted over an hour on the phone trying to speak to this store, customer service has been super helpful and transferred me through many times, line rings and rings until they just hang up, latest call I could actually hear someone speaking who then hung up. I will keep calling but don't have much hope at all. Please can someone from this branch directly get in contact with me ASAP! Will not be using this store again sadly.

I recently purchased a camera from this store, and I must say I had a great experience. Shayan, the salesperson who assisted me, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me choose the best camera for my needs. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I had a positive shopping experience. Overall, I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy electronic devices. And if you happen to work with Shayan, rest assured that you're in good hands!

Wanted to buy a Galaxy Watch5 today. Price was indicated £219. None was in stock (?)(when there's about 100 airfryers in the shop) so I had to order it for collection. Once at the checkout, vendor asked me to put my card and I noticed it said £279 on the card machine. I asked for an explanation and was told that it was the price of the watch. We went back to check in the aisle and price was £219 but you could see in small print, until 11/2022... The vendor told me that they didn't realise that the price was displayed wrong (FOR 3 MONTHS) and that it was £279. He also told me that he legally had 24 hours to change the price label after being told and that there was nothing he could/would do to arrange this mistake. Although I'm not sure the price label will be changed tomorrow, I'm also totally unsure that no-one went to but a watch since November 2022.... Totally tried to scam me without telling me before I paid.

Staff member called Said lied to me that the item is out stock in the shop while another staff member just confirmed that the item is available. We talking about Nintendo switch which I wanted to purchase and do a PRICE PROMISE they apparently offer. At the end he told me to go to Tesco to buy it from there! Customer service rating between 0-10 I would give 0. Definitely not coming back to this store.
