What kind of staff is working at Café Nero?
I usually enjoy getting my coffee from this place and have been a regular customer, but after today?s awful experience, I will never return to this horrible location. The staff was completely unprofessional and clearly lacked any training or customer service skills. It felt like you?re hiring children with no experience to work in such an establishment. Very disappointing.

Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the service at your Wimbledon branch. I recently visited the café and was very disappointed by the experience.
The staff on duty appeared to lack basic training and professionalism. Despite a long queue of customers waiting to be served, several team members were chatting and laughing among themselves instead of focusing on service. This resulted in an unacceptable delay and poor customer experience.
It is quite surprising to see this level of disorganization, especially in a busy and well-known area like Wimbledon. I kindly urge you to take immediate action to address the issue and consider reviewing or improving your staff training and supervision.
Thank you for your attention. I hope to see positive changes on my next visit.

Maimoona definitely made our day today! She makes the best coffee ever in Cafe Nero. We had two salads, two flat whites, one cortado, and lemon cheesecake. And her coffees were the stars, undoubtedly! To me, Cafe Nero coffees were always overroasted or bitter until today. I recommend you ask for your coffee from her.

Pleasant staff. No a huge Nero but mid sized. Toilets need a code.

Unnecessarily rude staff
Went in for a coffee
Blonde server who was working was outwardly horrible both ignorant and rude (ignoring customers, not replying to hellos or greetings etc)
Watched her laugh at customers and nod to her co worker and both laughed together
Very awkward and off putting
Left with my drink will not be returning

The ginger barista was so lovely. Happy and smiling when it was very early and she was very busy ! She made a lovely coffee really quickly and did so with a smile ?

Enjoyed grabbing a coffee in this calm Nero walking distance to Wimbledon station. Great customer service and plenty of seating. Clean toilets and accessible friendly.
