As a store, I didn't have much time to see the variety, the experience was terrible, just entering I was robbed, another couple too that we know of, and as I have consulted it is common for this to happen, the security guy passed me by, despite being a foreigner and not speak good English, he didn't want to call the police, I had to make a living by talking as best I could and calling a relative, they only stole the cash and threw the wallets inside, but I think they have a problem in this store and they should collaborate with the police, Giving the images from the cameras on their own initiative, they made it difficult to look at them, which they couldn't until the police came, but they didn't call them either.When my daughter finally spoke on the phone with the security guy and the relative came to look for me, because I had no money, so they paid a little more attention but at first I felt unprotected and abandoned. My luck. I will not return to this store. I do not want to be robbed. again!!

I didn't really like shopping at Zara.I can't put my finger on it, but if I wanted something from Zara, I would probably just buy it online. The store doesn't offer an advantage other than obviously trying clothes on, but I wouldn't spend my time browsing here.

My favourite place to shop for women's clothes.No vist to the west is complete without a vist to Zara.Purchased a box pleat ecru skirt priced at £79.99p.The staff were very help as it was not in their store, but directed me to another branch, were I was able to purchase the skirt.

You really need to get more staff on the tills everyone was waiting as I did for 30mins in the Qui puts me off please try and improve.Your staff on the other hand were very attractive and pleasant.

This store Fitting rooms were suffocating. I didn?t like to shop in such no-ventilation place. Zara all-in-all lost its place in people?s hearts due to its recent instagram post resembling current GAZA events. I don?t think it was posted unintentionally because anyone that sees those images of bodybags will think twice before posting. Either Zara doesn?t know what?s happening in the world or zara mocked GAZA.

Very bad customer experience.Staff unfriendly and uninterested.Fitting rooms overcrowded or can?t be used due to weird policies even when empty.Staff wants customer to hang back each single piece after try on and demands this in a very unfriendly way.Don?t visit. Better shops around.

its absolutely ridiculous that this store and other branches had super long queues due to lack of staff. left the queue recently not the first time.

I visited the store today and was really wanting a pair of shoes that were low on stock. The assistant Yehye was so kind and patient and managed to find me a pair after much searching! So grateful and absolutely wonderful service.

Zara oxford street's customer service is horrible. The staff clearly don't want to work and the management is even worse. To straight exchange an item, bought 3 days prior, lost receipt, I was sent to different floors for it, each member of staff says something different and I have to contact customer services for an e-receipt as they're unable to STRAIGHT EXCHANGE an item. Staff are clueless and management is really bad.Zara need to have a till option to straight exchange an item and most importantly, need to review MANAGEMENT before staff. A training on customer service is extremely needed in this store and across all Zara stores on oxford street.
