Today I was trying to find an specific dress, I walked all over the store and I didn?t find it, I got frustrated, so I asked for an asian employee and he helped me a lot, he told me to don?t worry that he will ask for a colleague to bring the dress from the stock room and delivery at the ?collect your item? hanger. I buy a lot in Zara and I never knew that this kind of service was available and this employee makes all the difference. Thank you so much for your kindness, he totally deserves a recognition.

Inconsistent service. Some staff are exceptional and professional (the young men and 2 ladies in particular one being a manager). The rest are complete opposite: rude and with attitude.

I went in to make a purchase, but the cashier completely ignored me while chatting with her colleague for around 10 minutes. When I politely asked why I had been left waiting in the queue, she responded that I ?should?ve used the self-checkout upstairs on the second floor? if I was that bothered by the lack of service.

FINALLY a Zara store that (a) does alterations (the staff in most Zara stores don?t even know this is an option let alone at which branch? hopeless), and (b) has staff on hand to help. Like shopping in a completely different chain when compared to their other branches. Actually pleasant to be in.

Customer service is abysmal. One person serving at returns, a 15 minute wait and then I?m told I cannot return any part of my order because one of the items does not have a barcode on it (even though I have a full receipt).
I was told I needed to go back to the original store I bought it from, who have said they also cannot return any part of the order even though only one item has a bar code missing (but all of the original packaging).
The belt has never been used, never worn and I?m returning it because it?s too small. Other items which are being returned do have the bar code on them, but I can?t return any of them?
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Terrible service, will not be going back.

Worst Zara in central London. Asked member of staff for a bigger size. It took them 45 minutes I asked about 4 different people. Also the que to pay is really long as there are only two people working on the tills.

Pleasant enough, but very samey. Would you want to wear something so easily recognisable as Zara and of course everyone knows how much/little it cost.
