I had a truly disappointing experience at this store a few days ago. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff in the fitting room were rude and overbearing, making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
When I asked a sales associate on the floor to check if my size was available, she rolled her eyes as if I was bothering her or asking for something impossible. That is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, after I purchased an item, the staff forgot to remove the security tag. As I was leaving, the alarm went off, and the security guard treated me as if I had actually stolen something ? completely humiliating and unnecessary.
All of this was due to the store?s own mistake, yet I was made to feel like a criminal. I will never return to this store again

Was refused an entry today because I had a little juice left in my cup. I asked to show me their policy on entry refusal and they couldn?t, because that is not their policy!Asked to put a sign up on the door so that it is clear what this specific Zara?s branch policy / discretion is, that would assist security as well, who are otherwise lost and rude.

Really bad attitude, and for some reasons they closed the fitting room on WRTW and you have to try with men?s on LG, doesn?t feel very private and safe when I?m naked. I wanted to try something but the fitting room was closed, they don?t even let you try on shop floor.

Don?t order anything from ZARA online. Their online customer service is nonexistent. You will lose your money.

Extremely rude staff in the fitting room today on the 28 July.
If you dont like your job, you know what to do. Do not falsely accused other people and stop being lazy.
I was carrying loads of things and shopping bags which were heavy, so when left the fitting room I asked the employee politely and nicely with please and thanks to take the clothes that I didnt want to buy out for me ?please could you take those out? I?m carrying quite heavy. Thank you?. I put those clothes back on the hangers already so they just need to take them out for other customers to use the room. But the staff falsely accused me in public that I told her it was her job when I did not. Then she said I was not considerate and I was the reason why the line for the fitting room is long. Firstly, YOU CLOSED THE FITTING ROOMS ON THE FIRST FLOOR WHICH CAUSE EVERYONE TO USE THE SECOND FLOOR FITTING ROOMS DURING SALE SEASON.
Secondly, if you dont like your job, then you know what to do. Do not take it on somebody else. Lying and being rude.

Takes absolutely forever to be dealt with, terrible service. I don?t know whether to put it down to the managers doing a terrible job of delegating tasks or just staff inefficiency. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Things are done at snails pace.

Fine if you?re just shopping for clothes but god forbid you want to try something on first, or return an item, or pick up an order. The queues are always long and the employees work at a snails pace

I'm disappointed because I waited in line for 30 minutes for the fitting rooms, and I'm not allowed to be in the fitting room with my own wife. I was asked to leave.
On top of that, the fitting rooms on the first floor are closed, and they're asking everyone to go to the second floor to try things on. This is creating a long queue. The sales assistants are not at all friendly
