Love, this store. Staff were very helpful. The item I wish to purchase was not on shopfloor and the staff member I approached, checked the stockroom and was able to locate the item I wanted.

You don?t provide chairs in your men?s fitting rooms,, have to put clothes on the floor. And your floor is dusty!! Provide the basics and stop being so cheap.

I had a frustrating experience at Zara today. I paid at the self-checkout and forgot to remove the security tag. The security guard asked me to go back to a self-checkout and remove it. I asked one of the employees for help, and they called the manager. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the manager, and then another 10 minutes for the tag to be removed. After that, the security guard stopped me again on my way out, asking to see my bag and receipt. It felt like they were accusing me of stealing. The whole process was unnecessary and uncomfortable. In the end, I almost just returned everything. It was infuriating.

No staff to ask a question ANYWHERE, except the exchanges desk which has a ONE HOUR queue.
And goodness knows how you get the length of a pair of suit trousers altered when you buy them ? all the other stores just redirect you to this one, which seems to be entirely staffless apart from security. Bizarre.

Sad I have to even give it 1 star. Grunted at by staff when asking questions, change rooms horrid - dirty, full of clothes, half without curtains and then told to hang all the clothes I hadn?t tried on as I walked out. Horrible, horrible experience.

I would give 0 if I could. I went to try a couple of shirts , got zero guidance to the fitting room. Fine. And after trying them the girl in the fitting room asked me to put the unwanted clothes in the hangers, I wondered why on earth I would do their job but I kindly did.
Then when I was about to left they called me back, obviously the way I hanged the cloth was wrong??? Sorry why would I do their job in the first place? I came here to buy cloth, not hang their cloths for them. Crazy.
