On August 17th, my sister's wallet was stolen with all her documents, money, and bank cards. She can't travel and it's so disappointing! I've tried calling them but they don't answer. Is there any way I can get a number to ask if at least her passport has been returned? It's so disappointing!!!!!!!!

Plenty to view, however, staffing at the men's section till is frequently non-existant (my experience) and you generally have to join a larger queue upstairs in the ladies section. Otherwise, plenty to view.

I visited ZARA on Regent Street recently and had a great experience ? even after a long queue with a lot of shopping in hand!
I was assisted by a cashier named Leo, who was incredibly kind, patient, and showed excellent customer service throughout. His calm and professional attitude really stood out.
There was a small issue with the receipt not being sent to my phone ? possibly due to a travel-related number issue ? but another team member, a lady wearing green with pink gel nails, kindly helped by retrieving and printing the physical receipt for me.
Both Leo and the team were thoughtful and helpful ? a great example of customer care in a busy store. Thank you!

I wanted to share a very disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your store. I was in the fitting room and asked a staff member for a different size, but she told me she didn?t have an iPad and therefore couldn?t assist me. I was left with no choice but to get dressed again and look for the item myself.
There were no staff members available on the floor I was on, so I had to go downstairs to find someone. When I finally found a staff member behind the till and asked for help, I was told to find the size myself on the shop floor. I explained that the size wasn?t available on the floor, and she still refused to assist until I asked to speak with a manager ? at which point the size I had originally asked for suddenly appeared.
This entire experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. At every step, I had to go out of my way to receive the kind of service that should be standard. I left the store feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the lack of support and accountability from your staff. This is not the level of service I would expect from your brand.

I recently visited Zara (118 Regent St) to purchase a pair of trousers and was told by a staff member that alterations were available in-store. After buying the trousers, I was directed to go downstairs to the men?s department to arrange the tailoring.
Unfortunately, the team on the men?s floor seemed completely unaware of the alteration service. I asked two different staff members, both of whom looked confused and had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up waiting around for 15 minutes before someone finally figured it out and helped me out.
After that, I heard absolutely nothing for a week. No update, no confirmation?just radio silence.
Overall, the experience felt disjointed and poorly managed. I expected better communication and service from a brand like Zara. Disappointing.
A week later, still no trousers after going back to store with a similar and confusing experience to the week before.

Absolutely terrible place , I took my wife in and we decided on 3 dresses
2x had 60% offer tags on
1x was lovely but only one in her size with a slight black mark .
We then went to pay and said please would you mind if we get some discount and we till take it to be cleaned , we was told no that?s the company policy your have to pay full price . Now my understanding is if you buy a brand new car and it has a scratch you would get a discount ? So I said so I have to pay full price I get a ?yes ?back.
After this I get told that one of the dresses isn?t on offer so you have to pay full price !!! Even though the 60% sticker was on there and it was on the rail for 60% off . I was absolutely gobsmacked that a company like this thinks it is ok to false advertise !
Staff didn?t care, customer service was terrible and left me very frustrated when my wife says this is one of the worse Zara we have ever been in and the manager response was ? well that?s your choice ?.
I can safely say we will never step foot back in this place again , no care for the customers.

What to do if your sandal breaks on a hot day in Central London? The solution was Regent Street Zara? 1/2 price cute trainers but more importantly, great service from guy called Nor, on tills, who took time on a busy afternoon yesterday to ask what had happened, and when I had to wear them immediately, found scissors to cut off labels and strings - went over and above and it was much appreciated. Thanks, Nor!

If possible I would give 0 stars. 2 female staff on the 1st floor were so rude. If you can?t handle the job, leave. But you have no right to be horrible to customers.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a manager in the men?s section, I believe his name was Marco. I explained that Zara doesn?t issue physical receipts and I couldn?t locate the text version. Despite this, he refused to process the return and was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive, saying it was my fault.
I also reached out to Zara customer service beforehand but never received a response, which made the situation even more frustrating. The overall lack of support and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won?t be shopping at Zara again.

I don't understand why at sales period, only one staff doing return. A customer in front return 10+ clothes. We all just have to wait in the queue for 20 min for a single customer
