I am very disappointed by the quality and fit of Y3 black suede sports shoes: unisex sizes are totally wrong, every major brand has consistent sizes except for Adidas shoes! The fabric (suede leather) looks very old and hairy after 1 wear, the shoe stretches and becomes a size too large and 2 sizes too wide after few wears. I almost think they are mens shoes. It is very expensive for such a terrible quality. Better buy Gazelle or normal Adidas, never Y3

I went last sunday to change 1 shirt bought 10 days before. Unfortunately I found out the shop has 7 days exchange and no refund policies. What a shame I went down to London just for this and the kind salesmen couldn't do anything about it. I understand it wasn't staff's fault as it's a company rule and I didn't ask to turn a blind eye but considering I have been a regular customer for the last 6 years, spending good money each time, and moreover all big shops in London have 1 month return time, I find it ridiculous Y3 cannot change it.

I have been isolating for many months over COVID-19. It's had a bad impact on my mental health. The first time I went out to window shopping was on Saturday 1st May.I came in Y-3 looking for an old perfume from Yohji Yamamoto.I came in for a look around but I wasn't feeling well. I ended up buying clothes and then suddenly when I realised it was a mistake, it was too late.i saw on my receipt they DON'T do refunds.I've been trying to explain to them, as well as head office: Hervia. Really stubborn and unhelpful. I'm now left with the expensive mistake and clothesI don't want . The Directors were equally stubborn and unhelpful. Such a bad experience. No one should be forced into this terrible situation and manipulation.
