The service here is absolutely unacceptable. I called ahead to confirm that my medication was available through their suppliers ? they assured me it was. Based on that, I asked my consultant to send the prescription directly to them. Now that I?m in store, they inform me they don?t have the medication and can?t even order it.
This level of disorganization and unprofessionalism in handling patient needs should not be tolerated.

Can you have someone on the phone who speak English please? I spoke with 3 asian people who aren?t able to communicate at all and the one passing the phone to the other because they don?t understand anything. 20 min on the phone for something that costs. £2.50 the phone call was more expensive than the actual service? cmon.

Overpriced.
I have a prescription from my Dr of 30mg/500 for co codamol but at times, being quite strong I get low dose co codamol from over the counter. They charge £13.50 ISH for a 24 box when in other pharmacies it's £10 for 32.
I also noticed they have the big boxes at the front but they reach for the box at the back which is the smaller size. If I had to guess and with my vast amount of experience with pharmacies they are being naughty. I believe they know they are over charging and hiding the smaller boxes at the back of the big ones to fool the customer. It was a very odd experience.
Avoid this pharmacy unless you are desperate.

went into Watsons pharmacy and spoke to a very rude Chinese lady (Sally) about my medication that I get from the doctors upstairs.She started speaking to me in English and then started to say something about me in Cantonese to her work colleague thinking I didn't understand her.Avoid (Sally) and wait to speak to anybody else if you want any advice about medication.Horrible person.

I walked the whole area around to finding a medicine, all pharmacies said it was out till I found Watsons, they got last pack! You always get the thing you want from small businesses not the chain stores.
