Great experience at a paper bookshop. My son collected six of his books. The Gentleman at the counter was very polite, attentive and gave good service. Had hot chocolate at the in house cafe.

I love this place and found Anne Lamott?s writing guide Bird By Bird here. Such a vast choice of books, and I really like the smart wordplay on the guiding notes and little reviews on the shelves. The cafe on the 5th floor has a lovely view.

Located in the Piccadilly Circus district, it is one of the largest bookshops in Europe! For those who love reading it is the perfect place: 5 floors and plenty of books. You could spend hours there and never get tired. I appreciated it a lot and obviously came away with a nice loot. Also great is the fact that it closes at 9pm on Saturday!

Good bookshop with a wide selection of books. Have nice quiet areas as well inside to sit and read. Very large store as well.

I love coming here, the shop is massive, but on each floor there are about 3 chairs which is frustrating. On the weekends it gets especially busy and there?s a lot of customers shouting which isn?t ideal for a bookshop, maybe this should be controlled.

Holy bookstore Batman!! I had heard about this place but didn't think too much of it until we visited. Now, I'm a believer; it really is that huge and amazing! Top thing you need to know is that this place is five floors (yeah, five), four of which are wall-to-wall books (see the picture for a floor guide). The fifth floor is a bar and restaurant. The first floor also has a bar and a small cafe. The entire place is well-organized. If you're a book lover, I can't possibly describe how heavenly this place is. We spent two days at this store, no lie, and I could have spent more. Their YA section is out of control, and their kids section not only has books but also Legos and other fun items. The travel section is outstanding with not only travel books but books detailing different geographical regions' history, culture, and land. The staff is friendly and helpful. They'll help you search for a book and even give you suggestions of other bookstores that might have what you're looking for. That's not where the customer service stops, though. If they say they have it in stock but you can't find it, they'll gladly go in the back to search. They are pretty awesome. As far as price goes, it's a bookstore. It's not too cheap but not too expensive. I found it reasonable. Note, they are dog friendly, if you're a dog lover. Overall, I think I'd like to be buried here it's that great. Please, believe the hype and treat yourself. Enjoy!
