I had a great experience shopping at Waitrose & Partners in Marylebone. The store is always well-kept, and the staff is super friendly. I want to specifically mention Varsha, who really helped me out during my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It?s rare to come across such helpful and kind service, and I really appreciated it. I?ll definitely be returning ? thank you, Varsha!

Went to buy some meat but a whole section of the meat fridge was shut for repairs and no idea when it?ll be fixed. The sign said they?d relocate products to another section. Asked the staff and nope, they didn?t move anything. What they had were a few packs of reduced meat. With no other shops nearby, dinner plans could not happen. Shame, as Waitrose is usually quite reliable and well stocked.

I went there to buy some souvenirs after hearing about it from a friend. I especially like the original brand cookies, canned wine, and confectionery ingredients. This is a supermarket I definitely want to stop by when I go to England.

I went to Waitrose and a lovely lady named Sue M she Was truly and utterly the kindest woman I have ever met, she helped me from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out- so kind and helpful - I was looking for a birthday cake for my father and she kindly gave it a sticker that said ?it?s on us? my heart couldn?t be more full and I truly am so grateful for her - thank you Sue M
