Today I had the pleasure of changing my mobile data provider with Rico, a great sales advisor on the Oxford Street shop. He knew everything and was able to explain to me clearly what I was signing up for, he even advised me to go for options that were discounted versions of what I was looking for. I?m really pleased by his service and would recommend everyone to join Vodafone as they make it EASY!

The workers are bullys, incompetent and rude especially Levet. DO NOT SHOP WITH VODAPHONE. With a receipt and the assurance of another vodafone store I was told I could exchange the colour of the iphone brought. Even with other stores willing (yet with no phone in stock in theres stores I was sent to this terrible place). I was informed by staff that were clearly not interested in any sort of customer service or care that the other stores were lying and an exchange could NOT take place. I was then treated so badly by staff after I offered to put my dad on the phone who has the account (that I was previously assured wasn?t needed for an exchange) I was left crying. I don?t understand the need to be rude I was polite and informed. They were rude ill mannered and it is not worth your time engaging with this store or company. Also if they are telling the truth and an exchange really couldn?t take place then there is a wider issue if ill informed stores and vodafone needs to sort out their policy.

Honestly, even the flagman office was not able to solve an easy issue and help. Instead they told you every time to call to customer service, which wasn?t helpful and this is the reason why I swinged by.

As an ex Global Vodafoner I can tell you that the staff there they?re far far out from being professionals, you feel like you just walked uninvited to their home and they wanna get rid of you asap, All they care about is home broadband and postpaid targets and if you?re not coming for any of these two they will treated you with coldness and no passion for the job! But if you?re coming for what can help them reach their store target they will hive you false information and promises.
