Rude staff. Leverage was really unhelpful. Every other store was willling to exchange the phone for a different colour except there?s which is very frustrating as they were the only store with a blue phone in stock

to a wonderful staff member named Tyba. She went above and beyond to help me restore my two old SIM cards, handling everything with incredible professionalism, patience, and kindness. Her warm and respectful attitude made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and dedication. Tyba is a true asset to Vodafone, and I am extremely happy with the help I received today. Thank you so much!

Went to get a pay as you go sim and the sales person signs me up for a contract, sets up a direct debit and starts a port number process before showing me that it?s not only not a Pay As You Go sim but also not even with Vodafone but with Talk Mobile. He didn?t even have a print of the contract and was asking me to sign an agreement without knowing what I?m signing.
I then had to spend 20 minutes cancelling the service and didn?t even receive a confirmation of the cancellation, which they said they can?t prove. ARE YOU SERIOUS???????????
Guess we will find out if it was cancelled or not soon. What a waste of my time and energy! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR OWN MONEY AND TIME. I wish I could give zero rating to the service offered by the store. All the sales associate do here is just blame each other for the mistakes and never really provide a solution to the problems. Every time we have come here for the issue we have been facing for the past two months, we have been dealing with a new person each time who puts the blame onto the previous person and never take any responsibility.

Pathetic customer care support. Your team at Oxford circus is useless and mismanaged. I sat almost 1 hour there to change my number but the guy MOHSIN was busy in texting and when i request him that i have to go work then he responded you were also doing call but i didn't say anything... Am i employee of vodafone???? Why your staff has no manners to talk...then he told me to go and he will change the number... its been a week number issue is not resolved. Pathetic service 0/10.

"Terrible customer service at Vodafone store. Four staff members were chatting and enjoying themselves instead of helping customers. I asked for assistance four times, but they claimed to be busy while clearly doing nothing. I came to collect my phone after receiving an SMS and email saying it was ready, but they insisted it wasn?t. The person who eventually served me, Mikhail, was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. No greeting or courtesy at all. Very disappointing experience!"

Horrible, greedy, ultra-capitalist company with horrible customer service. Never again. I had a year-long contract, Vodafone did NOT cancel it, so unbeknownst to me, i was receiving payments for £35 without using the SIM card at all. After blocking the payments, since the customer support did not help me whatsoever, they emailed me saying I could get put on a ?black list? in the UK for not paying my bills ??. After about 4 hours of lengthy discussions and negotiations, they cancelled my contract, after extending it for 2 more months and charging me an additional £90. Not once did I get any form of compensation or apology. Utterly ridiculous

Went to this store to replace a SIM for a stolen phone and was told it couldn?t be done in-store. The staff were dismissive and made no effort to help. Our experience was quite literally in and out. They were more interested in what they were chatting about before we asked for help.
Later confirmed via Vodafone?s online chat that SIM replacements can be done in-store, and had it sorted hassle-free at another location.
This store wasted our time with misinformation and poor service. Avoid and go elsewhere for competent assistance.
