Recently attended Vision Express?s Oxford Street Branch. I arrived early, about 1 hour ahead of my appointment. I checked in and left, returning just before the booked time. Everyone i met, were very welcoming and helpful. The staff did a great job explaining everything to me, and i left feeling happy and well informed.
Truly greatful for an excellent service.

Left some glasses for reading lenses on a Monday and was told they would be ready the next day. I went in two days later to collect t but they weren?t ready. Not ideal as I needed this.

I would like to give my sincerest thanks and highest praise to Karim at Vision Express. He is truly one of the most dedicated, professional and genuinely kind staff members I?ve ever met. From the very first interaction, Karim impressed me with his polite, friendly and extremely patient attitude. He listened carefully to all my needs, explained every question clearly, and always offered genuinely helpful advice.
Karim not only has excellent knowledge about frames, lenses and eye care, but he also has a great sense for understanding a customer?s style and preferences. Thanks to his thorough guidance, I found the perfect pair of glasses ? beautiful, comfortable and exactly what I needed. He really made me feel valued and well looked after as a customer.
His service is outstanding: attentive, warm, and endlessly patient while I tried on multiple frames and transition lenses without ever making me feel rushed. Because of him, my shopping experience at Vision Express was absolutely perfect and completely stress-free.

Wow 10/10. I told Isha that I had a flight catch next week and she took matters into her own hands making sure my lenses were in stock, reaching out to me as soon as they were ready (the next day) and making sure the entire experience was effortless on my part. Vision Express is a great store with great service. Thank you Isha.

I am very unhappy with my recent eye test at Vision Express Oxford Street. The puff of air test was used excessively, and dilating drops were applied from a bottle that had been dropped on the floor. After the test, I developed a blood patch in my left eye with pain. When I complained, the issue was downplayed, and Vision Express even reported to my GP without mentioning the hygiene breach. I feel my experience was unsafe, distressing, and handled dishonestly.

I had the best experience at Vision Express Oxford Street thanks to Yusuf, Aimen, Steven and Amrit. From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand my eye condition and explained in detail which frames and lenses would work best for me. Their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, but what really stood out was how patient and friendly they were throughout the process.
Choosing new glasses can feel overwhelming, but with their guidance it became an enjoyable experience. I left feeling confident that I had picked the perfect pair, both in terms of style and practicality. Huge thanks to Yusuf, Aimen, Steven and Amrit ? they turned what could have been a stressful task into a really positive experience. I can?t recommend them highly enough!
