Antonella was such an amazing person and I?m so happy I got to have my hair styled by her. She is thorough, detail oriented and overall just an awesome person! She made me feel so comfortable and reassured the entire time, was very meticulous about the process and made the hair styled according to my maintenance level which is amazing. I can?t wait to go back to have my hair coloured! Thank you Nella!!??

I absolutely love Antonella , I always get my haircut and hair colour with her. She is always so respectful, professional and understanding. It's always a treat to go and see her every few months.
North Audley street branch is especially really good , whole staff is very respectful. They offer private room for people who wear hijab , this is a such a positive point for this branch. I would recommend Antonella and North Audley branch to everyone.

You book an appointment, nobody tells you that some allergy test is needed to dye your hair. Then one day before the appointment they call you to say you?re supposed to have an allergy test done 48 hours in advance, otherwise they cancel your appointment. Seriously? I never did any such tests and I l?ve been dying my hair for 15+ years, but even if I did need it why don?t you properly inform customers upon booking? Never again would I try and book with themP.S. Of course you can identify me, I spoke with your employee right before posting this review

Milena cut my hair for the second time and I?m really impressed with her skills as well as taking on board what I wanted. The last haircut looked great for a couple of months before it grew out. She also gave tips on styling the hairstyle I wanted. Also lovely company!
