Pritesh has been cutting and styling my hair for 20 years and always provides excellent style and service! Today I brought my 11 year old daughter for a cut with Pritesh as there isn't anyone else I would trust! Pritesh listened to exactly what she wanted and cut and styled it beautifully and offered an excellent welcoming and caring salon experience for my daughter. I can?t recommend Pritesh enough. Thanks again!

Drew was fantastic!! My hair looks amazing and feels SO much better. All the staff were lovely!! And Drew kindly gave mr some very helpful tips to keep my hair nice and healthy!!

Everyone at the salon is so friendly and Mounir is a very talented, patient and creative hairdresser. I always enjoy my visits to the salon, and today's haircut was extra special in preparation for my wedding this Saturday. Additionally, all members of staff could not have been more helpful adapting the experience for a recent injury.

Always friendly and welcoming staff at Wigmore Street. Lele is great on colour as well as an interesting and friendly character. I have been using the Wigmore Street salon for many years and enjoy the ambience and service.

Spent £435 on keratin treatment + toner on top as they assured me my hair would be dark brown as I requested. Toner washed out on first hair wash after my treatment leaving my hair an awful patchy red colour and they were extremely unhelpful in getting me booked in for a colour correction at a different branch, which they could have done (as I don?t want to solve a problem where it was caused!) absolutely ridiculous considering I spent so much.

Something not right with this company or hairdressers they took two large pieces of hair stating this was necessary to get my colour done never called lied about sending emails 48 hrs later had my hair done elsewhere in 40 yes and my ex husband is a hairdresser trained with Karl lagerfeld I have never had this asked and god knows how I permitted this but thought she was just going to take like one hair instead when she cut it it was a whole lot and when I returned to collect as found out hairdresser had gone on holiday they returned only one lot of the hair she had cut off. See them in court.

I've never had such a good experience before, Vivien was absolutely amazing. My previous hairdresser ruined my hair and confidence and she managed to salvage it. Drew is also lovely, I did my first appointment with her. The whole team is very welcoming and kind (especially the man at reception whose name I cannot seem to remember, I apologise) and I will be a lifelong customer. Thank you so much ?

I went in for highlights but was persuaded to go for a much more expensive and time-consuming balayage instead, as I was told it would avoid a regrowth line. Unfortunately, my hair is now overly light and dry, and the regrowth line is going to be very noticeable?exactly what I wanted to avoid. I didn?t feel the hairdresser listened to me or gave me what I asked for.
Additionally, a £15 hair mask was applied to my hair without my consent, which I would not have agreed to. Hair is so important, and my overall experience was very disappointing. This is the second time in the last 18 months that I?ve had a poor experience with a colourist at this salon. My daughter has had a similar experience, and as a result, neither of us will be returning
