Went to machine didnt work
Went to store 1, they cut and gave key it didnt work
Went to store 2 in clapham he said he fixed it
It didnt work
Went to store 3, it doesnt exisit anymore but still says open on maps
Paid 30 quid for absolute bullshit
4 tries and i stilo dont have a funtional key

Visited Timpson on Princes Street, London as my shoe sole that had previously been repaired (not by Timpson) had become detached from shoe. Saw Lee who advised that he could not guarantee that glueing the sole would last long term due to the 2 materials. Nevertheless he glued my shoe to allow me to get home without looking like a vagrant & didn?t charge me. Fantastic, friendly, informative service from Lee & the very reason I have used Timpson in the past & will be returning to have the whole sole replaced for a permanent solution.

Highly recommended for key cutting. The man behind the counter was lovely and seemed very knowledgeable.
Was very annoyed with Timpsons after their key cutting machines dotted around the city managed to do a half ass job of cutting my new flat key and the B&Q it was in couldn't help. Won't be using those ever again, but will happily come back here!
