MASON!!!!! What a guy, I ran in at the end of the day, ruined my red soles at Ascot, within 5 mins he had fixed them with a smile. Thank you soo much! Perfect service every single time. But this time was exceptional! (Yes I love my shoes)

Excellent service by Neil! One heel of my 15 year old shoes collapsed while visiting London. This shop was recommended and I couldn?t be happier! My feet are wide and finding new shoes in my size is difficult. The repair was wonderful, only took 2 days and both heels were fixed just in case the other decided to collapse. These were flats/wedges with a small heel but the entire bottom had to be peeled back for the repair. Like any artisan, he was not quite happy with the repair, but I couldn?t be happier. I highly recommend.

Staff exceptionally polite and extremely helpful.
Had struggled to thread the laces I had purchased from this store through some extremely tight eyelets and went back to ask for help.
The staff offered to do it within the hour and suggested I put some money in the charity change pot when I offered to pay - even though it had taken them a fair amount of time and effort to carry out the work.
Lovely people and great service - a credit to the Timpson brand.

They refused to do belt hole punching here because they don?t have the ?tool?. After consulting their website found that this job is usually done for free in exchange for customers? donation to charity. So?

My friend and I both had the same shoe emergency on our way to a posh Christmas lunch, we each had a shoe that started talking to us. We each had a sole that had come away from the shoe and was flapping away. We found our nearest Timpsons and as a true Christmas miracle it was just about still open. The Christmas Cobbler (I never did catch his name!) was initially clear that he couldn?t help in the short space of time I had and he had before closing (proper repair would take at least 45 mins). After having to compromise on his quality of solution that would not meet Timpsons normal standards he said he would try to fix it by glueing but said he was not confident it would work. At this stage we would have taken any help, just enough to get us through Christmas lunch. I was even considering buying a shoelace to wrap around my shoe!! Our Christmas Cobbler spent 5-10mins of working his magic, he presented a solution he wasn?t happy with and then refused to charge us ?for a little bit of glue?. Instead we donated to the charity Timpsons support.
The glue temporary solution worked well for both of us and we made it for lunch and all the way home. It was a Christmas Miracle!!
If only I could review 6 stars out of 5! Happy Christmas everyone!!

Absolutely outstanding service. Incredibly, the sole of my boot and the sole of my companions shoe both started flapping as we got on the tube in Wimbledon. We popped into Timpsons on Stratton Street
and were advised they couldn?t fix it but would give it a shot to temporarily mend it. Both shoes were fixed within 5 mins and have lasted all day (and still fixed). The man refused to take any money - so we gave a donation to their charity. Everything I have come to expect from Timpsons. Thank you

The fastest resoling ever. I needed an urgent repair and they got to it straight away. Both shoes needed a complete rresole.excellent results and a very fair price. I strongly recommend them. I couldn't have asked for more.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I went in for a simple sole replacement, and the price kept increasing every time I returned within the same month.
Initially, I was quoted £35, but when I came back the next week, it had jumped to £40. Today, the manager told me it was now £50 for the same service. This type of price gouging is dishonest and frustrating.
On top of that, the manager was incredibly unfriendly. He even pulled hard on the loose sole of my shoe, damaging it further instead of helping to fix the problem. I felt like I was treated as a nuisance rather than a customer, and it?s clear that respect for clients isn?t a priority here.
It?s a real shame, as the shop used to be run by a mid-aged gentleman who offered excellent service and fair prices. Sadly, with the new management, this place has lost its integrity. I?ll be taking my business elsewhere, to a place that values honesty and respects its customers.

Less than helpful is a compliment, told me to either call their locksmith or go online and measure for parts and come back to get keys cut.
Next place I went in gave me the exact barrel with 5 keys and I fit it myself in no time.
V&P locksmith is who I used for anyone interested, very helpful.
