I had a very disappointing experience at the Three Mobile store in Oxford Circus. I went in looking for help with an issue, expecting the staff to be professional and supportive. Instead, I was met with rude, dismissive attitudes and a clear lack of interest in helping me.
The male staff member I dealt with made no real effort to understand or resolve my issue. He spoke to me in an unprofessional and condescending manner, which made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with at least basic respect ? especially in a service-oriented business. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking at this location.
Three seriously needs to address the customer service standards at this branch. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, and I?m now seriously reconsidering whether to stay with Three at all.

Dear Three Complaints Team,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a SIM contract that I never received, never used, and which should have been cancelled by Three in 2023.
On [insert date], I signed up for an iPad contract at the Oxford Circus Three store. At the same time, I was advised by the store staff to take out a SIM contract to use with the iPad. A few days later, I was contacted by the store and informed that my iPad contract application had been declined, and therefore the contracts would be cancelled. I agreed to this cancellation.
However, I recently discovered that the SIM contract was never cancelled. After several phone calls with customer service in March 2023, I was assured by a Three representative that:
? the SIM had never been activated or used,
? the SIM contract would be terminated, and
? I would not be liable for any further charges.
Despite this, I have now received letters from Lowell claiming that Three has sold them a debt of over £400, allegedly related to this unused SIM contract. This is entirely unacceptable and a serious error.
I therefore require that Three immediately:
1. Confirm the cancellation of this SIM contract.
2. Withdraw the alleged debt from Lowell and instruct them to cease all collection activity.
3. Remove any negative entries from my credit file related to this matter.
4. Provide me with written confirmation that I owe no money for this cancelled contract.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to Ombudsman Services: Communications, as is my right under Ofcom regulations.
I have been a loyal Three customer for many years with active contracts (device + SIM and broadband) on my only genuine account. This matter has caused me considerable distress and I expect a swift resolution.

Edward in Oxford street three was the most helpful anyone has been. We had a couple of stressful weeks trying to sort out my account and he was the only one that helped and made a difference and fixed the issue. He was very lovely throughout everything.

Keyshia-Paris was amazing. She solved my issue in next to no time, and was a pleasure to speak with. Three as a network have so many issues online and over the phone with regard to customer service, but my faith was restored after my visit to the store.

This should be 10 stars for Xavier at this location but Google only allows 5! I went in on Wednesday 30th July in late morning to change my number over from another provider to Three. I was lucky enough to have Xavier assist me and he was so helpful and kind, walking me through the process of what I needed to do as I was a bit confused. I know he must do this 1000 times a day with other people but he had all the time to explain this (very simple, it turns out) process in detail. I had to go back yesterday on the 31st of July over lunch because I couldn't figure out how to activate the new SIM, but luckily Xavier was there again and it turned out to be a simple fix that was complete user error on my part. Xavier didn't make me feel stupid even though he very well could have and I'm really grateful! Thanks for making my visits to Three successful, helping me save money, and being a pleasure to work with through the whole process. Ten stars to Xavier!

Cheaters! Avoid this store.
I went in asking for a Pay As You Go SIM, but one of the staff tricked me into a 24-month Fixed Business Contract without properly explaining anything. He asked for my PAC code and promised my number would transfer the next day ? it's been 7 days and nothing happened.
I called customer service only to find out he never even submitted the PAC request. On top of that, they assigned me a random secondary number I never asked for ? so now I?m missing all important notifications.
This feels like intentional mis-selling just to hit their sales targets. Totally dishonest and misleading. Be careful ? don?t trust what they say in this store.
