Good afternoonI was looking for the star of the show at Oxford Street branch , but other lovely soul by name Kevin( amazing person too with great people skills and great work attitude) told me that Rocky is in this store. So let me tell you Rocky did it again in 3 minutes sort out my problem with insurance company. They charge me 400£ to unlock my insurance and Rocky explained it to them in a minute and they will refund extra money they took. Thank you very much again. This was causing me so much stress and now I?m at peace. Thank you ?? Thank You once more. This gives me full confidence about remaining 3 customer I was about to switch network because everyone else was unprofessional and turned me away and told me is my own problem. Only Kevin, Craig , Rocky was a human beings and helped me then I was in very stressful situations. This people extremely professional, have amazing human skills and they know exactly what they doing ?? excellent customer service bravo! Also this store have really polite manager Nathan thank you very much for conversation we had. As a customer 15 plus years I?m really pleased!

Awful service!!! The worst I have ever received . My phone was stolen and the staff could not help could not even log my details to system. There was guy with Polish or Ukrainian name and one black girl COMPLETELY not interested in my problem. Guy had hidden his name as I sad I wanted to write a complaint. When reported the theft to police, police were so helpful and supportive. I asked to speak to store manager and was told that he was not in store . Employees did not move their fingers to help. I went the day later ( as it was late that evening) in the other store in Oxford street and those staff were much more professional. The fact that my phone was stolen already put me under stress but the moment that my own provider that I have had a contract for years was not able to help made me feel shocked ! Would never ever go to this shop again!

Horrible service! Never received such a low profile in London for the last 20 years. My phone was stolen on Tuesday 30th Feb , I went to this shop to report it and to ask staff to block my card as I had lots of private staff and banking on my phone. Staff were so unhelpful. There was guy who was not bother with my problem. I was devastated . I have been 3 mobile client for years...When wanted to write down his name he hidden his badge and said no point to write his name. I asked for manager but was told he was not there. There was not busy in the store at that point and I felt completely unappreciated and shocked with no help in such a inconvenient situation. Disaster ! So unprofessional and ignorant! Not interested in me at all!

Both my partner and I signed up with Three a few weeks ago. We?re super happy with our plan, both the rate and the plan. This company is one of the VERY few cell providers that offer Pay-As-You-Go for both tourists and locals. The only weak point is that the training/competency of the staff is a Hit & Miss. We had an amazing rep (Kevin) sign me up and activate the service in 5 minutes flat. But when my husband went for his visit the rep was really uninformed about most everything, took nearly 30 minutes to to the identical procedure, and even forgot to charge him for the service. You can always ask for another sales tech if your experience isn?t going smoothly.

Awful, changed SIM card because my number was doing 0.03MB/s speed or even less, in central London and all other areas, tried to go to the shop to complain and they said I cannot even close my account, tried to call to see if they can solve but they say everything looks fine and my internet should work so I c hanged sim, same problem, so I thought was my phone, changed phone into a new iPhone, still not working , now does 0.5MB per Sec which is more decent but still around 200 times slower than what I should get, I cannot change number because I avoided paying two months and now I cannot even get a new number from other companies you bloody scammers f?yall really. As soon as your scam is complete I will make sure to never ever pass to three again and ever make my family or friends, kids a recommendation for your company telling them what you scammed me off, no internet speed, barely connection for calls and messages , spending 25pound a month for this scam for 2 years 600 pound scam you owe me basically now

Worst customer service I have ever received, ever! They signed me up for a 2 year contract after LYING about an 30 day trial that I could cancel no problem if I didn?t get the coverage I needed at home and work. First off you can?t even get any data to work in their own store and secondly THIS TRIAL DOES NOT EXIST. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with their customer service, and customer service kept saying the store had to help me. NO ONE WOULD HELP. The manager laughed in my face as he left for the day knowing that they needed to speak to him - he also gave them a fake name on the phone that did not match his badge on his shirt. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PROVIDER.

One star for sure. I came in 4 times to return my console and cancel my account with them and the 4th time, they told me it was cancelled. Two months later, living in a different country, I receive a notice saying I have overdue charges with Three. Turns out the staff at this store never logged my console as returned and never actually cancelled my account despite assuring me that they did and the matter was closed. They were not even able to help me after the fact, they essentially said on the phone they couldn't help me. Do NOT recommend using Three for anything as their customer service is some of the poorest I've ever seen and their internal mechanisms are inefficient and incompetent. This store seems to be a reflection of that and it was an extremely frustrating experience overall.

Two rude, disinterested female shop assistants who looked like they hated being there and interacting with customers. Unbelievably unhelpful and dismissive. Terrible attitude. Like they hadn't had any training of any sort, ever. One of them couldn't even identify who was next in the queue to be seen. AWFUL.

i was at the store an hour before closing, i just wanted to enquire regarding a phone upgrade. There was a lady to whom i had enquired about it and on hearing i have been with the servcie just for like 4-5 months she just straight up said i wont be eligibile for a phone where as her colleague came up and said why dont you give it a try you never know. Even after seeing her colleague saying give it a try she was not ready to try it and just kept saying it wont work.I understand as an employee you know what's best for your customers but showing a little effort to give it a try always makes a customer happy. When i saw the man's effort to help me and my friends i was happy even though I knew there are chances of not getting it.I wish all the employees are like him, he shows genuine interest in helping the guests where as we felt the other employee was just not ready to even give it a try. the two stars i gave are for the male employee who showed a genuine interest in helping us.

Staff are great, went to get the new pixel 8 pro and Rami went out of the way to entertain me, give me all the details and was honestly just a right laugh and helped me out especially to ensure that I could claim my free pixel watch 2
