Completely inept customer service with illogical routines in place with regarding to proving ones identify. Not the employees fault. But the company should consider customer experience and trust when ample evidence is provided.

I had an issue with my three account as I forgot one of the two phone numbers I had registered that I no longer use. I walked into the store near closing time but Zahir was very patient and helped me resolve the issue very efficiently. I received excellent customer service and I would recommend this three store in particular.

Outages do happen with Three while not with other networks it seems.Carefulness with contracts: heavy costs if left before their ends.

Terrible service from staff, refused to sell me a phone on pay as you go despite willing to pay £1300 for a phone!Reply: If I visit again will you actually let me purchase the phone on PAYG?

Had a stressful experience last week when upgrading my phone and my phone was just taking such a long time to back up! Aya, Kewin and the rest of the team were very helpful and patient! I must have been in there about 2.5 hours trying to get my phone to back up and Aya left late as well as the team letting me stay in store while the phone was slowly sorting itself out. They went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

I would like to take a moment to appreciate the help I have received from employees in this store, especially Zayd. My case is particularly difficult (I was scammed and there was issue with my first and last name), but Zayd has helped me and stayed with me for almost 2 hours trying to sort everything out, finding all possible solutions he can think of. Before coming here, I brought the same issue to another Three store I was just sent away.I really appreciate the help I received from Zayd and other employees from this store.Oh and Three if you're reading this, Zayd deserves a raise.

Rocky Stars was an amazing worker. He helped me get a new phone contract and made my worst day one of the best. He was charismatic and perfectly dealt with formal checks for my new phone. He advised me what to get in order to make sure I will pass my credit score. He has great customer services skills. He is knowledgable. I thank Rocky Stars for my new phone and success with getting a contract.

I was assisted today but rocky stars I can confidently say that I was truly impressed by the customer service and support that was provided to me while assisting me with my purchase of a new iPhone during this we had a lovely conversation and I felt as if their was someone who could relate to my insight into the word it was interesting to hear what he had previously worked as and his dreams for the future my conversation with rocky was genuine and extremely friendly so much so that when I left I had to let his manager know that he deserves a bonus to show how much hard work and dedication he puts into helping each customer

The best sim card I used in London, reasonably priced and very good network.Not to mention, their customer service agents are very helpful and advisories. I recommend Three sim for all tourists.
