I was served by Catherine.. older white lady wears glasses (incase there more than 1 Catherine that?s works there) she didn?t say hello, I gave her the lip balm I wanted to purchase. As I was paying for it she called the next customer over and started talking to him and asking him how are you and took his item he wanted to purchase over my shoulder, which I thought was rude as firstly no talking with me and secondly I hadn?t finished payment or picked up my item to leave. I wouldn?t expect this type of behaviour or service from Body Shop and it wasn?t the first time this lady behaved in this way. Who knows maybe I?m not the same skin colour as her or what her issue is? But it is poor standard service for Body Shop! I hope this is addressed as I wouldn?t want anyone else to be treated as I was.

I wish I could say that I felt welcome in there... My first ever visit to body shop on oxford street... I, however, was shocked at the way i was treated. I introduced myself advised them that I was a body shop at home representative on my page. I take photographs of different stores around. This was the first time i had visited an Oxford circus Body Shop EVER!.Even if they would have said no I would have understood.. however the woman's demeanor left alot to be desired as in terms of customer care.. ( I Could have been anyone! Mystery shopper, advocate for vegan products for example which i am!!!)The woman drilled me and went so far as saying things like 'WELL YOU WORK FOR BODYSHOP AT HOME YOU SHOULD KNOW!' ... I ACTUALLY came out the store having taken only one photo I had been put off completely. Came home almost re evaluating being a rep all together !. Not cool I won't be going back and I'll be telling my followers to stay clear from this store.I'm not even interested in a response after this Some things just can't be explained away and rudeness is one of them.

They were helpful. They assisted me to find my shed after my loyal brand for over 10yrs Arbonne made a decision to discontinue darker sheds. I felt lost, but thanks to Body Shop.
