Their level of friendliness and expertise makes you desire to become their patient.I am genuinely impressed by JINAN, the Dental Hygienist. I was lucky enough to have her treatment twice and I barely realised having my teeth BEING cleaned. She is exactly the opposite of the common stereotype of 'having an appointment with the hygienist'.Also, a while back I had the honour of having my wisdom teeth taken off by DR LOUIS MCARDLE, who's is simply a guarantee (he is also quite funny).Moreover, it definitely worth mentioning:? After my local Bupa Dental practice closed, my family of 6 chose to be transferred to Thayer St. My anxiety with establishing a new relationship with this practice was alleviated immediately upon entry when I saw a familiar face. Neelam, the administrator greeted me warmly and she managed to arrange all the appointments for myself and my 4 sons. She?s a true professional with a caring disposition. Likewise, I found the practitioners? chairside manner reassuring and thorough.

I was extremely impressed by the care and attention of all of the staff at this practice. I had a dental emergency and despite this not being my main Bupa practice, they were able to quickly book me in and attend to me. I cannot fault the service!

As a retired clinician , with a lifetime of terrible dental experiences, I?ve had more anxiety visiting a dentist than for any of the dangerous medical interventions I?ve had. Well, since yesterday all that has changed!All due to the kind help of Tim Sunnucks, and his reception staff , arranging to see me at short notice, for an appointment for toothache before going on holiday .I have never before experienced the unhurried attention of taking my complex medical history into consideration, explaining decision considerations and keeping me calm and reassured throughout.I felt I was walking on air afterwards and had a spring to my steps.With absolutely no hesitation will I be changing dentists and travel to London from the furthest corner of Kent in future for my dental care.

This is a very caring and professional pratice. Highly recommended. Neelam Mistry, the receptionist, is so supportive and considerate, she even phoned me the day after my wisdom tooth extraction to check how I was doing. My dentist, Dr Louis McArdle, explained things thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I was extremely nervous but he made the whole procedure manageable and comfortable for me. I felt extremely well looked after by the whole team. Thank you!
