Very rude and unhelpful staff... its open 24/7 but came in the morning and staff did not let in or explain why shop is closed. Very rude and aggressive

Came into store, ask a gentleman called Thaya a question he looked at me ignored me. I thought maybe he didn?t hear me. I then repeated the question to him and he then continued to ignore me, I then said sorry can you help me, his reply was ?No? then walked off. Disgraceful customer service from here.

This particular store seems to be charging different prices for the same items on different days, and it?s happened to me more than once. On top of that, some of the cashiers come across as a bit dodgy ? not very professional or transparent. It?s starting to feel like something?s not quite right. Shoppers deserve consistency and honesty. Please pay close attention when shopping.

I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Tesco, which has left me feeling frustrated and let down. With a 2-month-old daughter, I urgently needed baby formula in the middle of the night. According to the information online, the store was supposed to be open 24 hours, so I walked the 20 minutes to get there at around 3 a.m., braving the cold, hoping to get the formula I needed.
When I arrived, I was greeted with a notice stating that the store was undergoing maintenance. However, there were clearly people inside, the lights were on, and work was being done, so it was clear that the store was not actually closed. Despite this, the staff inside completely ignored me when I tried to get their attention, even laughing while I was standing outside trying to make sense of the situation.
The lack of customer service and the blatant disregard for my needs, especially as a mother in urgent need of formula for my baby, was incredibly disappointing. Tesco's 24-hour promise was clearly not upheld, and the staff?s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected better, especially from a well-known supermarket chain. I won?t be returning to this store again after such a poor experience.

The pastries are so dry, and there are not enough options for coffee. Lidl has cheaper options for the coffee and pastries and the maple and pecan plaits aren?t so dry quickly and taste better.
