Constant stock issues, never has reliably has what I regularly buy there. Went in this evening and found half empty shelves everywhere. Ludicrous for such a prime location store with abundant footfall.

Normally Tesco would be five stars, but in this case I made an exception.
It's a decent shop, nice selection, but there are only self-service checkouts. If you're buying more than a few things it becomes impossible to juggle everything in the small bagging area. The hassle far outweighs any convenience.

This store deserves ZERO stars!
I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Tesco branch which I feel compelled to share. I went in to buy some essential items for the homeless man who often sits outside the store. After completing my purchase including paying for a Tesco plastic bag I was approached by a staff member named Rahman, who abruptly insisted I hadn?t paid for the bag.
Despite calmly showing him my receipt, which clearly listed the bag, he chose to take the receipt, scrunch it up, and throw it away. When I questioned this highly unprofessional behavior and asked for an apology, he responded with dismissive hand gestures and facial expressions that were mocking and completely disrespectful. His attitude was unacceptable, especially considering I had done nothing wrong.
I asked another staff member at the cigarette kiosk to call the manager. As the manager approached, Rahman was already giving his version of events conveniently leaving out the part where he wrongly accused me, destroyed my receipt, and treated me with utter disrespect. At no point did I receive a proper apology.
I?ve never felt so humiliated in a shop. Other customers witnessed the entire incident, and I was left feeling embarrassed and deeply disappointed. If Tesco values its customers, this staff member urgently needs training in basic customer service, professionalism, and respect. No one deserves to be treated like this especially when doing something kind for someone in need.

Could not get my tesco card to work for points but had another client patron of store help me but the clerk would not help me... I spent approximately 70 pounds

I went out in the evening to buy food near the Wilde Hotel.
Almost all stores closed
But this place was just open.
I think the food is plentiful and the prices are reasonable.
I'm going to have a quick dinner and take a rest.
I ate an egg sandwich (about 3£).
No taste
Still, there is a lot of food
I recommend buying cheap food when traveling.

Never go here. Money taken from account recently from card shows it was for two months prior. scared I will never shop here again. This will be reported.

Perfect stop to find all your favorite British snacks and treats at an affordable price! I had to try Jaffa cakes, Flake, and the Cadbury chocolate of London. I heard it was better than the Cadbury chocolate produced in the states and I completely agree! I appreciate that this location has convenient hours (6am-12am).

Horrible experience! The staff is very rude and I have been robbed.
They made an error when charging via dataphone and they did not receive payment confirmation even though they had taken the money from my bank. They made me pay again and the same thing happened again. They forced me to leave my shopping at the supermarket since they had not received the payment. Right now I have two charges made on my card for £35 and none of the payments have been returned. I didn't take the food with me either.

Gut sortierter Markt. Die Selbstbedienung Kassen sind ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da muss man schon mit allem die richtige Reihenfolge einhalten ?also selbst gebrachte Tasche an den richtigen Ort stellen, nichts wieder zurücklegen, ist schon bisschen kompliziert. Aber, es gibt sofort Hilfe, wenn man sie benötigt und die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr nett.
