This is the largest superdrug in London! Always busy, and it remains open up to 11 pm. on weekdays! There people can buy a few popular cosmetics from popular brands, skin care products, hair care products, baby products, etc! People can get good brands of parfumes at affordable prices than other stores! Sometimes they offer a very good price for parfumes and other products also!

I was here to look for a white foundation / face paint as I wanted to start trying out goth make up. I didn?t know much so I asked for some advice from the kind Eunice from marble arch. She was amazing and helped me a lot. Had to convince my dad to actually buy the foundation she recommended to me. Great service. Give that girl a raise ??

Terrible customer service. I asked three different staff members about a specific product, and none of them could help me. One blonde girl was too busy on her phone instead of assisting customers, and the other two seemed completely uninterested. Very disappointing experience!

Good cosmetic store have all what you need. I plane to give it 5 stars but because an incident happened with one cashier and his supervisor today at around 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm the cashier didn?t gave me the receipt instead he rip it up and threw it in trash and the supervisor couldn?t help to print a new one? later I came back and ask about the receipt then the supervisor took my super drug card and he able to print the receipt but the issue is the way he talk to me unprofessional as if am interrupting and annoyed him from doing his work .. I am new customer asking about the card and what is the benefit and discount I may have but he felt not comfortable to explain ?. Like your job your job will like you.
