Apparently many other costumers have had a very similar bad experience like myself.
It?s absolutely true that the staff stare at you while browsing the store and sooner or later, one of them approaches you to ask if you need help. Of course, it?s just their way to excuse them from checking if you are stealing. Some of us costumers also work in a public facing environment and it is easy to understand what the staff is trying to do. They make you feel very unwelcome.
One of the male staff (snobby attitude, I guess SE Asian) has absolutely ZERO manners. He might think that he knows it all which he does not since he is so impolite. He was so full of himself that he might have been the manager on duty on Monday afternoon (25/08, bank holiday). The General Manager or whoever manages the entire staff including managers in Superdrug Bond St station can easily replace this individual. There is so much better choice out there.

Popped in today to purchase a perfume staff were friendly first a man was helping up then an Asian lady who was super nice and chatted with me and my friends, she even gave us a discount on the perfume which was great

Been shopping as usual, picked a cream and 2 other items, decided to leave the cream in a rail and bought the 2 other items. When i left Alifa stopped me and asked where i left the cream i had in my hands. I said i left it in a different rail. She asked me to show her so clearly she suspected me to steal it ! That was embarrassing, once i showed her I asked her name because ofc i want to complain. They should NOT suspect people to steal unless they clearly see it. Seems from reviews I am not the only one that it happends. Awful customer service

I rate this shop one star only because the shop is very hot, must all the cosmetic products are ruined ,I bought 2 dove antiperspirant and they were ruined smells like an expiredproducts. I had to return it.
It's a shame that this happened in such store and in England.

Staff been absolutely horrible. First I buy a self tan and came to refund it cause someone buy me another one and the Indian guy manager told me is open and I explain him i didn't open it is how I buy it and refuse to make me return and saying that I m lying, and then buying some wax strips and pay 10 pounds but on display show 7.99 how this is possible guts?Honestly I check some others reviews and most of them say customer service is absolutely rude and Don t care ....bring some staff that actually wanna work not loosing time and customers

3 stars for the staff, none for the confused and unprofessional Indian female manager. Was there to exchange a lipgloss for a different colour. Staff called in the manager, I explained what I?m here for and handed her the original and exchange item. She?s been finicking on the cashier for a few moments with no luck while a queue formed behind me. The staff handed her an item from another customer to check the price and the manager completely forgotten about the exchange, thought I?m paying for the new item and asked me to scan my card. I explained I?m here for the exchange and she returned to reality. Still unable to facilitate the exchange at this point and I left with the exchange item but without a receipt.

The staff followed me and my friend around the store and racially profiled us . We felt so uncomfortable. Staff are rude and lazy never going back I would give zero stars if I could.

Giving one star because I can?t give 0. The staff here was rude and unprepared. I asked them about the promotion where I?d get a makeup product for free if I spent a certain amount of money but they didn?t specify that I couldn?t use certain products for the promotion so when I got at checkout they told me ?it doesn?t work like this 3x you don?t understand anything ?. Also they all are so grumpy. Anyway teach your staff how to be polite.

Horrible experience. I went to exchange a faulty product and was told by the female assistant manager I would need to go back to the original store of purchase and that is no way the return can be done in this store.
I then had to go to another Superdrug branch which were happy to do the exchange.
I will be writing a complaint as this is in breach of the consumer rights act.

The one on the till with the mask is always rude and shouldn?t be on tills with no customer service skills .
Prices are always wrong.
Always follow you round the isles to watch you but never ask if you want any help.
Always grab your phone to scan your beauty card off it .
Never a warm welcome there .

rude staff, went to ask for a setting spray recommendation but she interrupted me by abruptly laughing in my face and then shouting across the store to another colleague whilst giving me dirty looks. Have never experienced a good customer service in this store
