Hi I just went to super drug Tottenham Court Road London
I went to check out to purchase item the lady cashier Fouda was really rude she was training a new cashier but the lady in pink I believe was named Fouda on the receipt
She acted as if the product without a barcode was my fault and dismissively ordered me to get another so she can scan it rather than taking the initiative and getting that on her own to rectify the issue such a lazy and rude person as a face of Superdrug

Worst worst attitude from jay team leader. he talked rubbish at my back and i heard it. You should train your staff to learn how to give customer service. There was no lids on body mist which i was finding and instead of help, he started being rude. On top he said to cashier not to serve. We spent nearly £100 for this treatment???? Such a shame. I?ve been to so many stores but this store was worst. I?ll never go again and will tell all my friends not to go.

The customer service was so bad. The staff there was rude. If you guys don't allow testing the products, check the stuff first. Most of the things are opened and when I pick one to try, the staff were rude. Unprofessional ?

I am normally a bit hesitant to write bad reviews and it takes a lot to get me to this stage, but frankly, I found a lot of the staff at this Superdrug unhelpful, and with all due respect, truly lacking in customer service skills, or just general respect. I found a lot of them unprofessional, and quite honestly immature.
They came across dismissive, were not very approachable (they appeared bothered when they'd be asked questions for basic assistance), and I didn't appreciate their overall attitude. I'll be avoiding this Superdrug as much as possible.

Disappointing experience at Superdrug today. A line of customers waited several minutes to pay for essentials, while the only staff at the counter were busy sampling perfumes. Basic purchases shouldn?t be delayed for beauty demos?consider a separate perfume counter to avoid holding everyone up.

Opens at 8.30 mot 8am and the staff are rude. They're not friendly at all, they stare at you like your a shoplifter every time i buy from there and they talk to each other in their own language in front of you while laughing, which is extremely rude

I went there expecting it to be open at 10.00am ,only to find they haven't even open the shutters.
The store manager was quite grumpy and not very professional.
The person who served me wasn't very friendly and made mistake when I requested a refund on two products that I purchased online.

The policy of buy 2 get 1 free is really confusing in the store- I bought 2 make up products, 1 for £3 and the other one for £10. Once paying, I was led to believe I should get other of the same gloss since one is for free. (the gloss cost £10) I went to grab another gloss then, paid for it, and £10 were not taken off, but the £3 one. I asked for a refund as I did not need two, just got it for the 'deal' ,but they said not because it is store policy. That is all fine, however, kinda miss leading- maybe explain better next time?

Minus One Hundred appauling service
Went into Superdrug 43 Tottenhamcourt Road Friday 24.01.25 at lunchtime to get a few things. I went to pay and waited, and waited, and waited 20 minutes which by this time there was a queue snaking around the store, one person on the till still talking to the same customer, no manager in sight, went to spoke with the girl at the door who was I thing suppose to be directing people which was pointless when no one was able to pay, several people walked out of the store but she didn't seem to get it and was completely lacking in common sense but again NO MANAGER IN SIGHT she was called.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional staff. No shelves stacked, no one wanting to help out. Some rude girl called Naz or something like that kept lurking about, smirking to some colleague who wound up serving me, I believe its name is Paloma. Awful store!! I won?t be back there again.
