Went into the dealership today. A very young and inexperienced salesman approached me named Michael, he appeared very resistance and quite frankly judgemental. He was interrogating me which Porsches I own and repeatedly asked me which models, year etc I own, this is my personal business. I mentioned that I do have finance in place, he said what and how etc. I asked him what is your sale or return policy he had 0 idea.He was not prepared to discuss or share me any preowned models, he did not even share me his card. He had a bad attitude from the very start. I wish to raise a formal complaint, this is discrimination to me as British Indian, I felt a sense of pre judgement.Meanwhile I called the dealership some moments later to book an appointment, I requested a call back for next week Saturday to discuss terms of car purchase etc for the Vantage preowned. He did not take down my details.I will certainly not come back to this dealership to discuss any car purchase, especially if I am spending 180k. Seems surprising no wonder the company Aston Martin is on the verge of collapse.As a prospective customer they should respect us and not judge. This car purchase is for my mother. These young people need to learn how to show respect, perhaps a pointer towards your customer services and sales training program.Thank youCraig

We visited the Mayfair showroom and were very well looked after by Jason. He has very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.He took the time to show us the details of the lovely DB12 Volante and even turned on the motor for us. Very impressive and beautiful car and something we might consider in the future.

The gentleman at the store was extremely gracious and polite. He made me feel welcome and engaged in conversation. He never made me feel rushed and his hospitality was much appreciated. I think his name was Jason.If you ever visit this showroom you should ask for this guy Jason. I promise he will make you feel good about the Aston Martin brand!

I must admit that the staff at this showroom are the business!! There was a black guy there that was especially good and he was willing to show me around all the models and offer his substantial knowledge about them. Can?t remember his name, but he was very good. Had a great experience

Many thanks to Michael as he went up and beyond to make us welcome on our visit. His passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand is second to none. I?m fortunate enough to have purchased my first Aston V8V a few months ago. I was in London for a few days over Christmas and contacted Aston Martin Mayfair to see if I could pop in. Michael replied and was more than happy to facilitate our visit. Thank you again for being so informative about my model and a pleasure to chat with. Had a fantastic time and learnt so much from Michael. After this experience I know now I?m an Aston Martin customer for life. Many thanks again Michael for this great experience, hospitality and your superb knowledge and love for the brand. If I?m ever in the market for an Aston I know I?ll be giving Michael a call straight away.
